Patrizia e il marito sono veramente cordiali e disponibili. Lo chalet, immerso tra le dolomiti, é un vero angolo di paradiso dove potersi rilassare e godere del silenzio che lo spazio circostante impone.

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen Haus um einen runden Geburtstag mit drei Generationen zu feiern. Das Haus war für uns perfekt aufgeteilt. Haus und Garten sind super charmant, und fast war es schade dass uns die vielen Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten täglich in die Umgebung gezogen haben. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fühlt sich schnell an wie Daheim. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Un paradiso! Una splendida baita immersa nelle montagne! Spazi puliti e vivibili! Panorama mozzafiato. Posizione strategica per chi ama camminare, in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il parco nazionale dello stelvio. Assolutamente da consigliare per chi ama la natura e il silenzio! Host accogliente e disponibile!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Andrea was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Our family loved exploring Cavalese and its beautiful surroundings. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend both the place and its fantastic location!

Für eine Skifahrgruppe von 12 Personen ist dieses Ferienhaus einfach nur zu empfehlen. Genügend Parkplätze für bis zu 5 Autos sind vorhanden und die Küche/Esszimmer ist groß genug, dass alle zusammen essen können. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut und sollte mal etwas fehlen, haben die Besitzer Mario und Lisi immer super schnell versucht uns da zu helfen. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ihr eigenes Bad, wo es auch nichts zu meckern gibt. Der Skikeller mit Skischuhtrockner ist auch ein Traum. Der Skibus ist in ca. 6 Minuten in voller Skimontur zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus wunderschön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und durchdacht. Die Besitzer sind sehr einfach zu erreichen und versuchen bei jeglichen Fragen oder Problemen zu helfen. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine tolle Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen! We had a wonderful stay . The house is in a beautiful setting , we felt cared by the hosts who were warm and welcoming . A real place to getaway from it all . The house was well heated and super clean with a well equipped kitchen . Many thanks !!

Fijn en groot huis op loopafstand van Sölden. Volledig uitgerust en zeer netjes. Goede communicatie tijdens en voorafgaand het verblijf. Goede uitvalsbasis om te hiken en fietsen in de zomer! Bedankt voor het verblijf!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa casa! Il posto è bellissimo e molto tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi con un gruppo di amici. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e davvero comoda, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Romea&Matteo’s place is beautiful, new and fully equipped to ensure a memorable experience. We felt like home since the very beginning. The hosts were very responsive and always available. I highly recommend this apartment to a group of friends or relatives that want to have good time in Livigno with piece of mind. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo splendido chalet a Bormio. La struttura è molto grande e perfetta per gruppi o famiglie numerose: dispone di 4 spaziose camere da letto e 4 bagni, il che garantisce comfort e privacy per tutti gli ospiti. Il salone è ampio e accogliente, con un bellissimo camino che crea un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, ideale per le serate in compagnia. Anche il giardino è un punto di forza: curato e spazioso, perfetto per godersi momenti all’aperto in tranquillità. La posizione è ottima: lo chalet si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bormio, permettendo di raggiungere comodamente ristoranti, negozi e le terme senza dover usare l’auto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, spazio e una posizione strategica per vivere al meglio Bormio.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Chalet in Tirol! Mit vier Familien haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Chalet war geräumig, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet für unseren Urlaub. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber Nick, der jederzeit erreichbar war und schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen. A great place to stay with genuine ski-in/ski-out. We stayed here with a second family and thoroughly enjoyed both the property and the slopes. Facilities were great, boot room was super helpful with 9 people - we'd definitely come back for another trip!

Il maso di Serena si trova in un luogo incantevole circondato da foreste e con vista sulle montagne. Abbiano passato un fine settimana a contatto con la natura, in relax e nel silenzio. L’interno è confortevole e ristrutturato a nuovo con un bellissimo caminetto a legna. A colazione ci siamo fatti coccolare dalle torte fatte in casa ordinate nei giorni precedenti. Serena è un host impeccabile e oltretutto simpaticissima. Grazie ancora per tutti i consigli sulla zona
