Everything was perfect and we had a great time!

The stay in the apartment was just great! Patrizia and Jonas are incredibly good hosts. From tips for the area and restaurants to the daily bread roll service or farm's own eggs - everything was perfect. We were even offered the use of the hosts' e-bikes. The apartment is on the upper floor of a very large house and you have privacy and complete tranquility. It is completely renovated, incredibly clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with various coffee machines, coffee and milk frother. The bed is so comfortable that we asked the hosts afterwards because we want to buy it for ourselves privately! The balcony is large and invites you to have breakfast with a view of the mountains. From here, we could easily reach Merano and various hiking areas. The hosts also run a great snack bar not far from the house. If we come back to South Tyrol, we will book here again 100%

Nice place to stay, quite, peaceful and the view was quite nice, the Apartment location was good and you can explore dolomites area. Aaron the host was very helpful and very communicative, he will assist or give you the information whenever you ask. In the morning they always serve you with the special cake, you just have to pick up in front of the door. I recommended you guys to stay at the apartment..

A very beautiful and quiet place to stay, isolated from the city, the privacy of the place is wonderful, the view is beautiful, and the owner of the apartment is very cooperative and always communicates and meets all needs. I highly recommend living in the apartment.

we recommend this farm to anyone looking for a place to relax in total tranquility and surrounded by nature, between fantastic views and animals of all kinds (dogs, cats, cows, chickens, etc.). the owners were extremely kind and helpful in trying to satisfy our every request, also recommending scenic trails to walk in the area and great places to eat. the apartment is clean, new and furnished exactly as pictured, with a wonderful view of the Dolomites. finally, I wanted to emphasize that, despite being a farm at an altitude of 1760m, it is quite easy to get there and, once there, you can safely use the nearby cable car to return to the village below, and then take the train to the neighboring villages (meran included)

Nice apartment middle in the mountains, ideally located to take the lift and access splendid hikes. Nice spots for mountain bikers as well.

Amazing property tucked away in the hills. Spacious and feels new with all the amenities you need. Michael has done a great job. Plus enough nice restaurants around to explore.

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in the right place. We can recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation. The perfect place for a quiet holiday!! We stayed there in February and were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the snowy peaks in front of our windows. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and equipped with essentials. It was easy to communicate with our hostess in English (she also speaks German and Italian!) and the fact that she lives there with her family is convenient. We greatly appreciated the secluded side, but rather easy to access (thanks to the cable car 5 minutes walk from the accommodation).

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described, the hosts very accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

This apartment is set in a wonderfully quiet location with beautiful views in all directions. At c5000 feet above sea level you need to be ready for the climb, but it is quite something when you arrive. The greeting was warm and homely. Wood was available for the fire/stove. We even used it to cook pizza. Would certainly return.

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back
