Everything is great from the beginning! Friendly contact, flexible check-in, new, modern, sparkling clean apartment in a quiet location with seating in the garden. Good base for exploring the surroundings by bike, motorcycle or car. Pegnitz, Nuremberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth, Kulmbach and much more are easy to reach. Glad to come back!

We had a super nice short break at the Schmellenhof. This was partly due to the quiet location, partly due to Konrad and Christine, who were excellent hosts and made every effort to ensure that we had a nice and relaxing stay. The apartment is surrounded by a lot of green nature and is perfect for hiking or excursions in the area. The terrace is also a highlight, where you can end the evenings with the fire bowl.

We enjoyed the time at Iris's place. The apartment is fantastically suitable for a couple, very stylishly furnished and it has everything you need for two. Supermarket is around the corner within walking distance, parking in the yard. The town center outside the front door. Bayreuth close. We did not meet Iris in person, but she supported us in every way very friendly, courteous and helpful. A successful start to 2025! We can only recommend the apartment.
