Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Land of a Thousand Mountains

You are in the Sauerland, a region where hiking or cycling is a must. Even the Sauerland pool is in the village. Otherwise, just peace and beautiful landscapes with many refreshment stops. You can swim and sauna in the village or go to Hennesee, about 25 minutes by car. We are very quiet, almost at the edge of the forest and in the center, about 10 minutes on foot. If you want to go shopping, go to the next village of Schmallenberg. We only have discounters!Restaurants are in the village.

Great apartment in the heart of the Hochsauerland. Great region for skiing, sledding, hiking, cross-country skiing or just enjoying the beautiful nature. Westfeld is located in the heart of the Sauerland, right at the foot of the Kahlen Asten, probably the most famous mountain in North Rhine-Westphalia. Not far from the winter sports metropolis of Winterberg and in the middle of the hiking world of Schmallenberger Sauerland, you will find your vacation home in a quiet, idyllic location.

Wonderful area for hikers, riders, mountain bikers and winter sports enthusiasts. Cross-country ski trail network and toboggan run in the village. The ski lift in Schmallenberg can be reached in about 10 minutes and the lifts in Winterberg can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Ideal for those who seek tranquility and love nature.

I felt completely at home with Annette in Frielentrop. The apartment is generously proportioned, offers plenty of space and is located in an absolutely quiet environment directly on the river – perfect for switching off. The large, well-kept garden is particularly beautiful and invites you to linger. The location is ideal as a starting point for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area. Annette had great tips and information that enriched my stay. The apartment was not only spacious, but also very well equipped – nothing was missing. Cleanliness was impeccable, everything very well maintained. Communication with Annette was straightforward and warm – I felt welcome from the start. She was always available without being intrusive – just the right mix. A wonderful place for all those who appreciate peace and nature. Clear recommendation – I'd love to come back!

Julia is a super friendly hostess and gave us great tips for hiking. From the apartment you can start hiking directly. Everything necessary is available in the apartment and it is nicely decorated. We booked very spontaneously, which was no problem for Julia. We will be happy to come back :)

We stayed with two children for a weekend hiking. The house is ideally located if you want to board or stop at the Rothaarsteig for smaller tours. A car is recommended to Schmallenberg, to the bakery or shopping. The house is well furnished, nothing is missing and the hosts were very attentive, helpful, nice and accommodating. We will be happy to come back!

We had an all-around fantastic stay at this place! The spacious layout offered absolute comfort and privacy with enough space for four people – ideal for families or small groups. We would like to emphasise the quiet location, which made for relaxing days and relaxing nights. The only small criticism was the lack of possibility to charge electric cars directly at the accommodation. This would have been a welcome addition, especially for guests with electric vehicles. All in all, however, we can fully recommend this place – if you appreciate peace and plenty of space, this is the place to be!

Great apartment, with a beautiful view from the balcony! There were so many small details that are often missing elsewhere, such as small rugs by the bed. That was really great! However, I think the open concept without real doors should be emphasized a bit more in the description. We still had a very nice stay and we were very satisfied!
