Holiday rentals with a patio in Schmalkalden

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. It is bright and practical in terms of the room layout. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. The beds are high quality. Everything is very clean and in good condition. There are even various game collections in the cabinet. At the latest, the view of a large green courtyard and the spacious balcony promise a relaxing stay.

We felt very comfortable with Gabriele. The location at Kilianipark is pleasantly peaceful. If you can do without the proximity to the city center, you are in good hands here within half an hour incl. Walk to the tram or train you are in the city center. There was everything we could have asked for in terms of amenities, it was clean and nicely furnished.

The apartment is very spacious and very attractively furnished. The French balcony doors were fitted with beautiful curtains and made the rooms even more comfortable. The view of the beautifully landscaped garden was great. The kitchen is very well equipped and even spices, coffee and tea were available. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. There was a private parking space and a separate entrance to the apartment. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable.

The apartment was absolutely top! Everything was super clean, cozily furnished and well equipped from comfortable beds to towels to linens and blankets. The large bathtub was particularly beautiful! The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, especially for hiking lovers right near the Kickelhahnweg. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

The stay was just beautiful. The apartment in a magnificent villa looks exactly like in the photos. Everything is extremely tastefully renovated and decorated. The hosts are friendly and warm. There is also a parking space on the premises. We will be happy to come back!

From check-in, welcome greeting, dream terrace by the stream to linger, to surroundings that invite you to hike, completely uncomplicated check-out, it's just perfect and beautiful! Rocco's place is a great insider tip. In an absolutely beautiful, quiet location, but still so well located that you can walk to the old town/center. Communication with Rocco was great, he always responded very quickly to inquiries. We expected an apartment furnished with attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is a unique opportunity to live in a 500-year-old perfectly renovated old rectory for a while, which we have enjoyed very much.

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). We were two with our dog for a week in the accommodation of Beatrix and felt super comfortable. At check-in, the family was on site and showed us everything. We were received in a very friendly and warm manner. In the accommodation we lacked nothing, everything was very clean, beautifully furnished and the location is beautiful. The only criticism: We would have liked to have been prepared for the fact that 4 goats are directly on the property. This took a bit of nerve the first two days, because our dog is very motivated to hunt and we had to show her that the goats were not to be eaten. 😅 But with a lot of management, we were able to let them run freely on the beautiful property. We will definitely return! (:

Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems on arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very beautiful and super suitable for small hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and grill. Shops and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We'll be back!

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't miss anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

Our time with Eileen and Michael was great! All as described and super nice hosts! We are very happy about the time in Haus Relax and will be very happy to come back.

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

We spent relaxed days in this super beautiful cottage and the idyllic natural garden. The cottage has been lovingly renovated, yet it has retained its old charm in many places. There is a lovely welcome package, which the children and our dog were very happy about. The area is super beautiful and interesting. There is a great nature reserve nearby and it is not far to Eisenach. The nearest shopping facility is only a few kilometers away in the next village. You can also have a great holiday in this house and in the surrounding area with a rather nervous animal welfare dog. There is plenty of space and tranquility for everyone. The people in the village are also very nice and understanding. You can start hiking directly from the house. There is a good information folder. Our children were thrilled with the warm down duvets and extra blankets, as the weather was cool on Pentecost. We can only recommend the Kaufmann family and their cottage! 😃

Everything is available for your stay. Well-equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, freezer, oven and stove. Handy table between kitchen and living room. TV with Netflix, etc. Internet is fine for laptop work. Internet good throughout the apartment. Bedroom and bed thick in order. Easy car parking for home. Stores nearby. What to do? Within 1 hour drive Weimar, Erfurt (Saturday market), Gotha and Arnstad, Saalfeld, Coburg. Stop on the way back and relax in the nature forests, hills and fields. Thuringia has turned out to be a positive surprise, certainly worth repeating.

Holger was always friendly, quick and easy to reach and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were maximally straightforward and flexible. We had a great stay. :) The apartment is really spacious (significantly larger than it looked in the photos) and beautifully laid out. In the living room, we could sit together comfortably as a group without it getting too crowded. And due to the layout of the apartment and the room layout, it was also possible to easily retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet. The two bathrooms also meant that you didn't get in each other's way when getting ready. With the loving furnishings and the view of the countryside, we felt very comfortable. Actually, we had booked the accommodation mainly for an event nearby, but we were so impressed that we would like to come back for a longer vacation. Communication with the landlords was always very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were also absolutely uncomplicated. We are thrilled! We would be happy to come back :)

The heated ceramic floor in the bathroom was icing on the cake for this beautiful spot. Be sure you can handle uphill walks for the parking.
