House holiday rentals in Scharmützelsee

We had a wonderful family weekend in this spacious accommodation. The property was so great with the tennis court, the pool and the pigs, chickens and dogs, there was always something going on. We have really taken Timmy the little dog to heart. The living-dining area was also very spacious, so we all had enough space to eat together.

We had great, relaxing days at the place. Wiebke and her husband were very warm hosts and the accommodation invites you to relax. The location is very quiet and private, yet you can quickly walk to Babelsberg. Berlin or Potsdam can be reached very easily by public transport. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and can only recommend it. The garden and the pool are a big highlight.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

Fabulous house in a nice suburb of Berlin with easy access to the city and surrounding area by car (I didn't use public transportation so can't comment on that). Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. Loved the mattress and the shower and the sound system. There were no downsides! The dartboard was also fun to have. Benjamin was a great host. He and his family live there much of the time so I was lucky the place was available!

Hans-Joachim greeted us directly and welcomed us warmly. Super nice hosts. The house is a dream, the pool and jacuzzi just a perfect quiet place to relax. We were on a business trip and at the same time we combined our honeymoon. I can and will recommend it to everyone. The pool and garden are completely opaque from the sides. Simply feel good☺️

We had a great weekend in Andreas' comfortable room in a quiet location. The amenities were great, there were towels and made beds. Very suitable for a weekend stay. Check-in and checkout worked smoothly with the key box. Thank you.

We had a lovely time at the tiny house. It is on the edge of the village and you really have your peace and quiet there and see the rabbits hopping across the field. Accommodation was very clean and suited us as a family (2 adults, 2 children), especially because of the covered terrace, which "enlarges" the living room. We will be happy to come back.

The house is really comfy and the views are extremely relaxing. We had no issues to park outside.

We rented the place for a few days over New Year's Eve. It had everything you need for a few quiet days. In winter, the apartment is heated by a fireplace. That works well and was completely sufficient even on cold nights. Niels was a friendly and dear host and responded quickly to questions. Glad to come back! Our recommendation: The Ludwig Leichhardt circular trail.

The apartment was as described, very lovingly furnished and decorated. For children and adults, darts and kicker, sandbox. The courtyard was very nice for breakfast and card games, sheltered from the wind and also not so loud. The only disadvantage is the cobblestone street in front of the house, it was very noisy. With the windows open, sleeping was only possible with earplugs. And if you like to sleep in the dark, please bring sleep goggles. But all of that could be solved. We went on many excursions, especially the ones Christine recommended. Our dog also felt very comfortable and we found many walking paths. Overall, it was a very nice, relaxing vacation - thank you very much for that. Karin and family

We were there with two children and felt welcome from the start. The house is not huge but super divided. Nothing was missing and it offers all the comfort you need. The property offers shade or sun - depending on what you like. The area is very beautiful and there is a lot to do. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend this place!

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful break with our two-year-old son in Elisabeth's house. The house is spacious, very soothing and flooded with light - you feel right at home and relaxed. We will be happy to come back. In addition, the reception was warm and the communication friendly and fast. Thanks for the beautiful accommodation!

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. We spent a wonderful extended weekend in the house for 8 and we lacked nothing: Super room, huge living space with fully equipped kitchen, great garden and sauna with a view of the countryside. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very good time in this really lovingly designed house. It is very quiet and idyllically located. The garden is really generous. Everything is very nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable.

The house was great for 6 people and a toddler. There was even a baby bed, frog pond, snack garden and washing machine. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Ideal for a 3-generation vacation. Many thanks to Jette and Maurice. We'll be back.

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

We took a short vacation at the lake as a family. The house had everything we needed. It is not far to the lake and the garden at the house is also nice to relax and be outside. The kitchen has the necessary things for cooking. From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. Everyone in the family was happy, happy to come back.

The accommodation is simply fantastic: very quietly located with its own garden, modern and functionally furnished. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired! Jörg is a very accommodating host who always responded to my messages and gave me helpful tips not only on the accommodation, but also on gastronomy and public transport in the area.
