Very nice, cozy apartment in a great location! Upon our arrival, all beds were made & towels were ready 👍 we had a really good time as a family and can recommend the accommodation from the heart ☺️

Location good, apartment good, weather good, organization good- everything good.

I was for approx. 2 weeks in David´s apartment. I know Hamburg already very well, so it is a perfect area for a stay in this beautiful city and the apartment is also in a beautiful house on the top with a perfect view around. The spacy balcony would be lovely for warmer times. I was there in Dec. / Jan.. The apartment itself is also very spacy with nice furnisher. Communication with David was quick, friendly and on the point. Thanks for the hospitality.

A nice accommodation, very well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach and the surrounding restaurants.

A much-needed respite after traveling in the heat. The folks at the front desk were so nice and helpful when it came time to check in and out, and even were happy to help my sister finalize her Taylor Swift Eras Tour outfit in a pinch! All in all a really welcoming and comfortable stay. Hooray for air conditioning!

Despite bad weather and a construction site in front of the property, we had a great time on Fehmarn and in the apartment. The contact with Christine is absolutely exemplary, accommodating and very nice. Check-in and check-out work smoothly with a key box. The place is clean and practically furnished, a bit dark but this is logical with a basement apartment. Bathroom is great, the kitchen is completely sufficient, we were only missing a dishcloth. Absolute tip is the sports room with sauna. Despite 3 apartments in the house, we did not hear anything from the other guests and hardly heard them. The way to the beach is very close but a little bit further for bathing. Thank you for the lovely stay and great communication. We would come back. Kind regards from Berlin,

We felt very comfortable from day 1! We especially liked the play area in the big hall for the kids! The first thing the kids wanted to do after getting up was going out Dino Cars. Even in bad weather we didn't get bored :) The Haltermann family was always easy to reach, either directly on site or by phone. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. The outdoor area is super well maintained and invites you to barbecue together and be together! We'll be back :)

Very well maintained and clean ! The complex is not quite new, but everything is fine - from the entrance to the apartment... outdoor facilities maintained - 10 out of 10 points! Impressive also the view of the treetops from about 50 meters altitude

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to small loving details. Location was also perfect. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a few nice days in Anne's apartment and we really didn't miss anything! Super clean, plenty of space and above all: extremely quiet! The opportunity to go up to the roof was another highlight.

The home was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the lake, large terrace/balcony and plenty of space. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pedal boats and kayaks were fun. The highway can definitely be heard, but you get used to it quickly.

Great equipped cottage in a great location. A misunderstanding regarding extra costs (bed linen, towels) could be quickly resolved. All great. Gladly come back.

The house is very spacious and well equipped. The sauna is large, so you can sit relaxed even with about 6 people. Hot tub is a bathtub and not a pool. We were satisfied overall.

A wonderful and definitely recommended place to stay! The house is superbly equipped and decorated, large enough for the specified number of people and surrounded by the great hotel complex and the forest. Communication with Siegmund worked great and was always totally friendly! We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, we were unable to travel due to illness, but our two friends went on the trip anyway. The following was particularly positive: - Apartment is equipped with everything you need - Beach is only 5 minutes' walk away and also a dirt road with small forest adjacent, which was great for the dog - Shopping facilities are accessible by car - Extensive selection of kitchen sieves - Very quiet area - Electric shutters Couple of criticisms: The parking lot is a bit far from the vacation home, you could unload, but drive closer. It was already noticeably warm in the apartment at 20° outside temperature, in the middle of summer it could possibly be too hot. The sofa would probably be a bit cramped for four people Unfortunately, the garden and adjacent forest smelled very unpleasant, most likely of decay/fish, depending on the wind. We were unable to determine the exact cause. But overall we liked the stay very much!

We spent 4 nights at Annabelle's. The communication was straightforward, the accommodation was very clean, spacious and cozy. For my little children, there was plenty to play with - a craft corner, a playroom, a gymnastics corner. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. In advance, there were tips for gastronomy and activities. The area is very quiet, 5 minutes away is a bus stop, which is quite well frequented during the day. If you are traveling by public transport, you have to consider that you need about 40-60 minutes to the center and back, depending on where you want to go. We definitely had a nice time and would come back.
