We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Barbara Jais is located in Mittenwald. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.

Small but high quality and fine, that's our newest apartment. The modern kitchen and cozy dining area invite you to prepare breakfast and small meals. A seating area for dining is also located on the balcony. The bathroom with shower and toilet is elegantly and modernly designed. The sleeping area looks particularly cozy due to the sloping roof and the adjacent small seating area. The balcony with direct views of the Karwendel is facing east.

The quietly located apartment is south and west facing and is divided into approx. 60 m² on a living room (with comfortable sofa bed and reading corner), a bedroom (with large double bed), a separate new kitchen (with dishwasher and dining area for up to 6 people) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.

My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.

Attic apartment overlooking the Karwendel, our apartment is especially popular for the fantastic view of the Karwendel. Enjoy breakfast there at sunrise or in the evening the moon over the Karwendel. From here you can go on great hiking or cycling tours in the Kranzberg or Karwendel area.
