very nice landlords, were greeted kindly with wine and flowers. Apartment as described, everything clean. Good location Shopping close, beach, restaurants reachable by bike in 5 minutes. Great sandy beach, many great excursion destinations accessible by bike on beautiful paths. Leiden is very worth seeing only 7 km away. Landlord has also given tips. Highly recommended. Apartment offers plenty of space even for bikes in the garden.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The location was ideal – quiet but still central, so we could easily reach everything. We particularly liked the warm communication with the host- always friendly, helpful and reliable. A small note: the stairs to the apartment are – typical of this beautiful old building – a bit steep. It wasn't an issue for us, but you should know. We would love to come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

The apartment and courtyard fully corresponded to the information and published pictures. Very clean, tastefully and lovingly furnished, many small extras. Very quiet location, within walking distance to the center. Machteld welcomed us very nicely, is always approachable and has good tips for excursions, food, etc.

The accommodation is nicely furnished, there is a lot to discover around it. It's practical that you can also use the bicycles. From Hilversum, you can also easily take the train to Utrecht or Amsterdam. The ice cream from the farmer next door is very tasty. If you want to go on vacation with several people, you can also rent the apartment next door.

It was an absolutely stunning place with a beautiful view. There are chickens and dogs and as an animal lover, I had lots of fun. It was a wonderful weekend!

Arthur's place is an airy, light, comfortable apartment on the top floor of a family home in the town of Hilversum. There are lots of places to eat and drink there; we found a wonderful Ethiopian restaurant. Being a 20 minute walk from the station it is the perfect base for visiting Amsterdam (or Utrecht) if you don't want to stay in the busy city centres.

Everything was perfect! Coffee & tea supplied. Lovely apartment, lent us bikes foc. We used the pick up service from Amsterdam Centraal Station which was friendly, convenient & punctual. It was also good value for money. Best AirBnB so far! Thank you Bart, Elias & Renee.

There were six of us in the accommodation for a week and it was one of the best Airbnbs we've all ever been to. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything is sparkling clean and the facilities are excellent. The location is of course also a dream - both the terrace in front of the entrance door and the one behind the house have a beautiful view and you can lie wonderfully by the water and relax. The trampoline with sea view is also a highlight :) The communication was great: super fast, very friendly and we got all the information in detail in advance. This accommodation really has everything in mind and we can definitely recommend it! Only if you are afraid of spiders, you should possibly think again, because in the evening there were really a lot of larger spiders on the house. But here, too, everything has been thought of, there are numerous fly screens and if you are careful when ventilating, you will still have a spider-free house :)

We were a group of girls at Leon's house. It was really super nice, everything you need and much more! And I liked it a lot. The house was clean and it is really fast to go to Amsterdam by public transport or car. We will be back!

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

Family reunion in Noordwijk in a beautiful house with all amenities, beautiful private bedrooms with bathrooms, a great open kitchen, integrated dining and living room. John took great care of us and gave great tips for restaurants. We enjoyed it!

We had a great stay. The place has everything you need and is well located with beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed in the area for the first time and chose the place due to the beautiful place. We had a wonderful 5 days. There was everything you needed, everything was clean and you felt right at home. The location is absolutely fantastic, lots of privacy and you walked quickly to the beach and the city. We will definitely come again! Absolute heart recommendation.

We stayed with the kids for a week. The beach was a great walk. Were also in the zoo, butterfly house and on the largest playground in Europe. Everything was reachable in 20-45 minutes. Highly recommended. Beautiful area, super nice people, also in the restaurants with the little ones. I'd love to come back :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice, peaceful, convenient and situated in a nice neighbourhood. Helena was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage at the apartment until we needed to go to the airport. Helena also gave us some very good local recommendations

We really loved it at Dick and Thildy's place. The two are very friendly, open and give great tips for the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, you felt very comfortable - surrounded by flower fields and a rural idyll with 2 sweet cats, ducks & chickens. Despite the construction of the new accommodations, we did not feel disturbed - I am curious how they look then!! 🙏🏻 Definitely a great place to explore North Holland and experience the colorful flower fields!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Everything was as described, one of my personal best to stay near Amsterdam. Well communicated, nice neighborhood, and perfectly clean place.

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.

We stayed here for just a few days before hopping over to Brussels and it was perfect for three of us. The apartment is beautiful - pictures don’t do it justice - and everything is as listed on the listing. The neighborhood is also super walkable with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, not to mention you are less than 10 mins from the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, and many other recommended museums. There are also many train and bus lines nearby to take you into the city center. My only note for folks is that the stairs to get to the apartment are incredibly steep and (regardless of how large your suitcase is, it’s likely to be tight) so I would consider that if you are a person with any mobility issues. It was worth it though for the beautiful space and I would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simon’s place in Haarlem. It was right around the corner from St Bavos Cathedral and easily walkable throughout the historic district. Shopping, great restaurants, chocolate shops, and bakeries all close by. Easy public transportation to the train station, but it’s also about a 10 minute walk…which is what we chose to do. Simon gave very clear directions, checked in on us, and gave recommendations for places to visit and fun things to do. Great host! He even left us a yummy treat at check in. I would happily stay at this apartment again.
