Apartment holiday rentals in Scarborough

Lena's place met most of our expectations, neat and tidy and comfortable beds. We reached past midnight and it's pretty dark hence took sometime to locate the unit and access the keys before allowing our car in. We would however wished to have more toiletries (there were only small tubes of body washes that looked like samples and 3 toilet papers for 5 people staying over for 5 nights). We have to purchase our own shampoo and body wash and additional toilet papers and tissue boxes.

Stayed in the red fridge for 13 nights and it was perfect, amazing location, great bars and restaurants really close. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach !

The apartment met all of our expectations and more! It was so homely with lots of added touches. Such a lovely place to have lived the past month and we wish we could stay forever it just feels like home. Have recommended this place to all friends and family who will come to visit us in Scarborough. Would be perfect to stay here with kids as well. Amazing balcony views, right next to the gym, a bus stop with good links and 1 min walk to the beach and coles. Serena has helped us out so much and replied to every message within minutes. Perfect start to our new life in Australia 🥰

Ness's place was absolutely perfect — the location couldn't have been better, the house was spotless, and the view was simply breathtaking. We had such a comfortable and relaxing time in Perth. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful family holiday in Perth all thanks to Helen and Paul’s property. It was cozy and had all we needed as a family of 4 and was lovely to come back to after each day of exploring Perth. Our daughter even woke up early to watch the sunrise from the beautiful outdoor area. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Scarborough. The location was perfect, shops, cafes, and restaurants were all within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt just like home. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious, well equipped, easy parking. Modern with convenient central AC and good insulation makes the stay comfortable.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the host was super responsive throughout our visit. They even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was such a nice touch. It was also really thoughtful that the lights were turned on before we arrived, especially since we got in at night—it made the place feel really warm and welcoming. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to shops and the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

The house is perfectly located in a serene neighbourhood that is right next to the beach, playgrounds and walking distance to food places. Candie was very responsive and thoughtful to our needs. Check-in was seamless as well. My family had a wonderful stay!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. There are more amenities in the unit than I am expecting. Response time from host is very fast. And they are always willing to help the best they can. Tidiness of the apartment is of high level. And all the items in the unit are quality ones. Hairdryer, cooking equipment and even toilet roll are high quality stuff. Unlike some other host who only provide you minimums. That represents a certainly level of respects from host. I recommend this unit to everyone. We have a good time staying there.

Clean and spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Close to the centre of Scarborough, but respectably quiet. The host was very responsive and super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

This place is a gem! Stayed a week with my 2 kids (6 & 15). The apartment is a 2 min walk to the beach and cafes, 5 mins to Coles and the pools. The apartment was very clean, plenty of linen, towels and goodies in the kitchen. The little things made such a difference when travelling with the family. The pool area is beautiful, we used the indoor and outdoor pool each day. My teenage son was hiring e-bikes from the beachfront and riding along the boardwalk in the afternoons. The sunset markets on a Thursday night was such a treat - and to be able to walk back to our apartment across the road was a bonus! There is one sitcom in the lounge/kitchen area which was so good and fans in both bedrooms. It did get a little hot in the bedrooms but we were there during a 45 degree heatwave!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat - very responsive hosts, excellent instructions, and easy to navigate the huge building once you get the hang of it.

The host was really thoughtful and made the whole stay so smooth and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into the space—clean, well-equipped, and super cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Kasia's apartment was absolutely perfect! Excellent communication from Kasia, warm and friendly. The instructions on where to park, how to find the key etc were easy to follow. The place was remarkable clean, smelt amazing when we walked in! Lots of amenities and space to relax enjoying a quiet night in. Very comfortable beds and great location so close to Jacobs Ladder and beautiful Kings Park. Very happy with this find and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend xxx

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

What a fabulous apartment, with a great view of the Swan River. And also comes with free parking - a rarity in the CBD. Everything was silky smooth with our stay, and the lead-up to our stay. The owner even offered us a complimentary late check-out. The apartment was fantastic and our beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The place was super quiet, and the apartment overall was top-notch. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.
