House holiday rentals in Scandicci

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

Excelente estadía, ¡superó mis expectativas! Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y se veía tal como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el lunar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación fue perfecta! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y brindar recomendaciones locales. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, er hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten regiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Whirlpool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Bernardino ! Le paysage est magnifique, l’endroit est très propre et la piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre. Bernardino est un hôte attentionné, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

What a gem of a place! It’s in a quiet area, yet still close enough to Florence. The home has everything you need, and Giacomo has been a fabulous host. I’d definitely stay here again - next time with friends :)

Der Hof von Claudia und Alessandra war für uns ein kleines Paradies! Die Unterkunft ist charmant eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, die landschaftliche Umgebung ist idyllisch, der Pool super erfrischend, die Ruhe auf dem Hof sehr erholsam und die Nähe nach Scandicci und Florenz praktisch. Wir hatten - mit verschiedenen Ausflügen - tolle Tage in der Toskana und haben uns immer gefreut, zurück auf den Hof zu kommen oder dort auch morgens erst mal ganz gemütlich in den Tag zu starten. Wir würden sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful time. Truly felt like we were under the Tuscan sun. The views from all of our bedrooms were breathtaking. Patrizia was so lovely, so attentive, so thoughtful - made reservations for us at a few local restaurants, where of course, the food was amazing. Patrizia responded to our texts quickly and was so helpful across the board! The location is off the beaten path, but close to some smaller towns and only about 25 minutes into the heart of Florence. You will need a car to get to and from anywhere. It was easy enough to take day trips, driving to so many wonderful towns to visit for the day, parking at one of the parking lots in each town, enjoying the day and returning 'home' to relax.

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

Appartamento molto comodo per la vicinanza all’ospedale Torregalli e Istituto Don Gnocchi. Facilita’ nel raggiungere il centro grazie a bus e tramvia. Tutto come nelle foto, e host molto disponibili.

Posizione strategica per chi ama la tranquillità e vuole visitare Firenze ed i dintorni. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comforts, compreso il giardino, situazione ideale per chi, come noi, ha un cane. Per raggiungere Firenze c'è la possibilità di lasciare l'auto in un comodo parcheggio gratuito ( a ca. 15 minuti in auto dall'abitazione) e prendere il tramvia. Con €1.70 e altri 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Massimo è stato gentile, disponibile e soprattutto comprensivo quando abbiamo dovuto anticipare di un giorno la partenza a causa di un serio contrattempo.

Merci beaucoup à Patrizia pour tous les conseils qu’elle a fourni durant notre séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé dans le centre-ville. Nous avons passé un super moment. Prato est une très jolie ville et agréable à visiter. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. La cucina ben attrezzata, la camera da letto con materasso e cuscini molto comodi, il bagno molto spazioso e soprattutto estremamente pulito, come in generale tutta la casa, pulitissima e profumatissima. La casa inoltre rimane molto fresca, nonostante le temperature elevate che abbiamo trovato durante il nostro soggiorno. Si trova in collina a due passi da Firenze, in un borgo super tranquillo circondato da ulivi. Irene è stata sempre gentile e molto disponibile anche a darci consigli su un meccanico in zona in quanto abbiamo avuto problemi con la nostra auto. Unico piccolo appunto: purtroppo si sentono i “rumori” provenienti dal piano di sopra… chi non è mattiniero, potrebbe essere svegliato.

Das Häuschen von Francesca in Prato ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück! So liebevoll eingerichtet, alles makellos und penibel sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war. Francesca und ihr Mann sind eine extra Erwähnung wert: So zugewandte und aufmerksame Gastgeber haben wir noch nie kennen gelernt. Immer sofort erreichbar und immer einen Tip und eine Empfehlung zur Hand. Schon der Empfang war überaus liebevoll und schön. Wenn man bei 34° mit dem Motorrad ankommt und kaltes Wasser und ein Snack stehen bereit, was kann es besseres geben!!! Es war eine traumhafte Woche hier zu gast sein zu dürfen....ganz herzlichen Dank und selbstverständlich eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Spontan gebucht. Und problemlos kurzfristig alles nötige regeln können. Federico ist unaufgeregt kommunikativ und kann den Aufenthalt mit guten Empfehlungen verfeinern. Die Lage ist besonders. Der Ort hat wine gute Wirkung auf Körper und Gemüt. WeiläuAbgelegen aber nicht weit zum einkaufen oder zu Restaurants. Ein schöner Pool. Geschmackvolle Räumlichkeiten. WlanJunckies könnten manchmal mit dem netz etwas hadern aber das Gesamtbild wird dadurch nicht geschmälert. Alles was sonst nötig ist,ist vor Ort oder wird von Federico prompt besorgt. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Florenz oder im Chianti. Jede Menge auch rustikale trattorias,Winzer und Oliven Bauern in der Nähe.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Onwijs fijn appartement dat goed koel blijft tijdens warme dagen. Uitzicht vanaf het prive terras was adembenemend en het appartement was smetteloos schoon. Alles behalve een weegschaal om de koffer te wegen was aanwezig, echter die was binnen een half uur geleend van de ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse (die overigens olijfolie en honing van eigen kweek aanbiedt).

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!
