Mooie landelijke omgeving. Een oase van rust. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd, waardoor we veel in de omgeving konden verkennen. Antonina is een lieve vrouw die heerlijke taart voor ons gebakken gehad bij aankomst en later in de week nog een keer. Ze is verder heel behulpzaam. In het dorpje zitten een paar winkeltjes en een restaurant, een aanrader voor liefhebbers van lokale lekkernijen.

Ontzettend mooi tweede huis, het straalt klasse uit; eigen entree hek met lang oprit met fruitboom naar woning. Elegant ontworpen woning welke past in de omgeving op een bergrand, omgeven met grote tuin vol met oude olijfbomen. De eigenaresse is super verteld bij uitleg over het huis dat olijfolie in keuken uit eigen tuin komt en om niet bezorgt te zijn als deze op raakt, er is meer. Verder is er rondom het huis terras zowel in de zon of juist uit de zon. Overdaad aan keukenspullen, prima oven en BBQ. Heerlijk van de zon kunnen genieten.

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Pietro ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er kontaktiert Proaktiv und gibt in wenigen Minuten Rückmeldung. Er ist super aufmerksam und man merkt, dass ihm das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste an erster Stelle steht. Er hat klare Anweisungen zum Checkin/Checkout gegeben und hat uns viele Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Auf dem Grundstück wohnt noch Mr. Hagie. Hier müssen wir noch ein besonderes Lob ausrichten! Man merkt überhaupt nicht, dass er da ist und ist dennoch in wenigen Sekunden vor Ort wenn etwas benötigt wird! Er ist super freundlich und man hat sich gerne mit ihm ausgetauscht. Der Außenbereich inklusive Pool waren durchgehend auf Perfektion sauber, da Mr. Hagie sich mehrmals am Tag darum kümmert hat. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis, ich kann die Unterkunft und Pietro als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à borgo papardo. nous avons apprécié la vue sur l'Etna qui nous offert deux magnifiques éruptions, l'odeur des citronniers en fleurs et les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps à la piscine malgré sa fraîcheur. Placido est très disponible pour toute information.

Alberto was so accommodating and gave us such a warm welcome to Castelmola. The place was spotless, with beautiful views, and in a super cute little neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille en Sicile. Zuzana et Alessandro sont des hôtes au top. Accueillants, gentils, et toujours prêts à nous donner de bons conseils pour des visites. L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, propre, bien équipé et le jardin est magnifique. Bref, nous recommandons !

Con le mie amiche abbiamo passato una splendida settimana a casa di Nicoletta, che oltre ad essere super gentile ed ospitale ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare (soprattutto gli ottimi ristoranti!). La casa corrisponde alle foto, ha tanto spazio esterno, è arredata in stile minimal e con gusto, perfetta per 4 persone ed immersa nel verde, tra fiori, agrumi e capperi. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le docce esterne visto il grande caldo di questa estate! In zona ci sono bar, ristoranti (tra cui Le Macine di cui ci siamo innamorate) la fermata del bus a 2 metri. In casa è presente anche un ampio spazio dove poter parcheggiare i motorini come noi oppure una macchina. Grazie di tutto Nicoletta (e Maria), speriamo di tornare prestissimo!

Maison idéale pour des retrouvailles en famille. Nous y avons séjourné en octobre, au calme et la plage est à la porte. Train à proximité à pieds ou en voiture pour sillonner la région. Hôte très accueillante et réactive.

Super Kommunikation mit Paolo. zwar haben wir die Unterkunft nicht so schnell gefunden, aber Paolo holte uns persönlich ab und begleitete uns zu der Unterkunft. Super sauber! Ganz ruhig und tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ätna. Wir besuchten Catania und Syrakus und kehrten abends gerne wieder in unsere ruhige Unterkunft zurück. Die Zeit ging leider zu schnell vorbei.

It was definitely the best stay we had during our trip to Sicily. This flat is run by the sweetest hosts we’ve ever met. We felt so safe and relaxed here thanks to their hospitality, and we had an amazing time in Catania, surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of nearby pubs, cafes, and restaurants. We were incredibly lucky to find this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Catania who is looking for a cozy, lovely, yet lively place to stay!🩷

We spent a great week at Marcello's place. It is a beautiful property with a charming garden and super friendly cats. Marcello was very helpful and attentive. Gave us very helpful tips and recommendations. We definitely recommend and we enjoyed every minute! Kitchen has all the essentials. Plus, an outdoor space for cooking and dining. There's a nice beach club with crystal clear water nearby, only 5min walk. Having car at this location is recommended- there are many places to discover and the garden has a secured parking.

Der Aufenthalt bei Lory war sehr schön, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung, als auch die Lage sind wunderschön, man hat seine Ruhe und ist schnell mit dem Roller oder Bus in der Stadt und die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist wie auf den Fotos! Wir haben von Lory gute Tipps für Restaurants, Rollervermietung und sehenswerte Orte auf der Insel bekommen. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

This a wonderful house. It is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. The sea view from the orange and lemon grove is really beautiful. Some reviews have mentioned noise - not an issue, with the church bells being the main sound you hear! Caterina and Francesco were perfect hosts and made sure that our young family had a great stay.

L’alloggio è pulito, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario parcheggio davanti casa per un soggiorno confortevole. Aree verdi, e servizi comuni ben tenuti. La villetta e dotata di tutte le attrezzature per giardino sdraie sedie tavolini dove si può anche comodamente mangiare oppure prendere un buon caffè, immerso nel verde Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare e le attrazioni principali della zona. Die Unterkunft war klasse. Die Straße wirkt erst einmal etwas gruselig, aber ein paar Meter weiter kommt man zu einem tollen Viertel mit vielen progressiven und coolen Läden. Und es ist nah zum Zentrum und Fischmarkt. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell, hilfreich und freundlich. Die Eingangstür ist wirklich cool – sie erinnert an einen Escape Room. Tipp: Beim Abschließen muss man zuerst den grünen Schlüssel oben verwenden und dann den roten. Beim Öffnen beginnt man unten mit dem roten Schlüssel und verwendet anschließend den grünen oben. Also: Öffnen: von unten nach oben – rot, grün Schließen: von oben nach unten – grün, rot. Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Es ist ein wirklich tolles Airbnb

A perfect stay – above and beyond expectations! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing host – thoughtful, generous, and always available to help. We were especially touched by the warm gesture of fresh, local croissants delivered in the morning – such a lovely surprise! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again. The Airbnb was great. Sicily was beautiful and the views of Etna were incredible.

Arrived to warm welcome in spite of ongoing deluge. Everything as expected and described. Great communication. Fantastic view from the terrace. Yes, you can hear the autostrada, but that's hard to avoid this close to the shore and we didn't find it intrusive. Great base for the area. And did we mention the view?
