La dimora è splendida, nel centro di Maratea vecchia. una costruzione della fine del 1700 con un fantastico patio interno. Era tutto funzionante e comunicare con l'host è stato semplice e veloce. Per grandi gruppi di persone è il posto ideale. Consigliatissimo!

La costa è sicuramente bellissima, e alcune spiagge meravigliose. La casa è ben attrezzata, terrazza e giardino la rendono una meraviglia, panorami e tramonti sono una cornice perfetta per un soggiorno di relax.

La casa di Enrica è in una posizione bellissima , la casa é spaziosa e con un bel giardino. Si arriva a una bellissima spiaggetta scendendo appena 100 scalini… un paradiso! Enrica è un host molto attenta e premurosa e anche molto simpatica.. ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie per un soggiorno da favola! Noi eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone 3 adulti e 3 adolescenti e gli spazi erano più che sufficienti.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad agosto presso Villa Florio a Maratea e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La casa è molto bella, ben suddivisa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Gli spazi esterni sono immersi in un'area verde curatissima, con una splendida lecceta a sud. Qui, è possibile godersi la colazione fonte mare o rilassarsi al sole in totale privacy, il tutto accompagnato da una vista incantevole sul Golfo di Policastro e tramonti mozzafiato. Consigliamo vivamente Villa Florio non solo per la bellezza e l'unicità del luogo, ma anche per la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Maria Teresa e del suo compagno, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Maratea e la Basilicata sono luoghi incantevoli, e questa villa è il punto di partenza ideale per scoprirli.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto sull'annuncio. Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 ed è stata comodissima. Nonostante le alte temperature esterne la temperatura della casa risulta piacevole senza la necessità di ricorrere a condizionatori o ventilatori. Nulla da recriminare al livello di pulizia, sia gli spazi comuni che le camere e i bagni erano molto puliti. La posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi una spiaggia libera e degli stabilimenti. L'host Vincenzo, si è reso molto disponibile si dall'inizio. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha dato anche diversi consiglii utili per visitare le maggiori attrazioni della zona. Nel complesso sicuramente un esperienza molto positiva.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ad aprile (bassa stagione) e silenziosa. La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente ed ha tutti i comfort. L’host molto gentile, chiaro e amichevole nel dare tutte le indicazioni del caso. Ci ritorneremo

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

Daher waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnanlage, in der die Unterkunft liegt war etwas heruntergekommen und weniger gepflegt als die Unterkunft von Marco. Dies hat uns allerdings wenig gestört. Marco ist ein super Gastgeber. Er antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit und hat sich um alle Angelegenheiten gekümmert. Insgesamt war es ein super Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Gianbo’s place was absolutely stunning! Everything was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular and only minutes from the beach! 100% would recommend staying here!

This was a slice of heaven! Relax in the private pool or take a taxi to Il Merto beach! Or the closer, Fiumicello beach. Both wonderful …. Il Merto was a more beautiful setting - get a reservation at each before you go. The grocery was a short walk down and to the right for supplies and city center up is also great for restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and had many meals on the patio with a grand sunset.

Noch nie so ein gutes Airbnb erlebt und Michele ist als Host äußerst zuvorkommend und engagiert. Die Villa und die Umgebung waren beide wunderschön. In der Stadt Diamante sind viele hervorragende Restaurants und die Gassen der Stadt sowie die Promenade sind ebenfalls absolut schön anzusehen. Wenn man dort ist, sollte man allerdings am besten ein Auto haben, Fußwege in die Stadt eher umständlich sind ansonsten kann ich aber wirklich nichts negatives nennen was erwähnenswert wäre.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

La villa è immersa nel verde,in una posizione tranquilla ma centrale per raggiungere tutte le località vicine. il vero punto di forza dell' appartamento,arredato con mobili di prestigio e dotato di ogni comfort, è l'immenso giardino panoramico con vista mare. Un vero paradiso dove trascorrere un soggiorno di qualità e godere di spettacolari tramonti, pranzi o cene all'aperto (la struttura è dotata anche di cucina esterna). Ci ritorneremo.
