Holiday rentals with beach access in Scalea

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Stunning apartment on the seafront with sunrise to sunset spectacular views. The property is bang in the middle of the front, amenities, bars and restaurants. We can walk everywhere in this heavenly place that is Villammari and this architect designed apartment is very much in keeping with that beauty. The host is extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. It is also helpful that he speaks several languages because we are only beginners in Italian language. We cannot recmmend this prorty highly enough. OTIMO!

Hello ,I was with my family in August 2024 good experience quiet area near a nice beach campsite within walking distance About 50 meters away if you do not want to take the car. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car both for other free beaches and to reach places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the village is nice if you want to turn there is a lot to see. I couldn't find better... impeccable apartment... 1000% satisfied... 2 steps and I was on the beach and surrounded by all the services that a family needs on vacation... from supermarkets etc... I hope to return next year. Above standard structure

Small, bright apartment with sea view from all rooms. Not quite as new as the photos appear at first glance, but functionally refreshed and decorated with everything you need and nicely decorated. Great value and super flexible, nice third-party contact for check in/check out. Strategically super located thanks to the nearby car terrace for excursions in all directions. PS: Get there via the nearby roundabout, because the other variant in the Go.gle leads over a private road closed with a gate. Lots of getting out of space. We especially appreciated the cozy breakfast balcony ^_^ !

The recently renovated apartment was very nice... Modern and with all the necessary things! Perfect location for us... Close to the sea, well served and quiet... Everything is great... If you want "perfection"... It would be enough to find in the house a few more services... The soap, for example, the toilet paper (a few rolls) ... Those things you have to go to buy us a little. But I repeat, if you really want perfection!! Marianeve is always very attentive and responds immediately... However, the vote is 10

Spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable parking inside the property. Outdoor space in the garden reserved for the apartment with tables, chairs for eating and comfortable deckchairs with sea view. Donato and his mother were very kind, I asked to be able to check in early and there were no problems. Fantastic location to reach the beach on foot in just a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive stay!

Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

This room was fantastic, the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Walking distance to beach and food! Would recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

Mrs. Maria has been available since the beginning of the reservation. A very kind person and always available. The house is perfect for both cleanliness and location. Perfect for families and groups of friends. The only flaw is that you could not leave food open due to ants , you could easily fix it with a special product. A weekend for perfect, in the middle of comfort

We felt very comfortable with Rosalba. Hassle-free, flexible, fast. It was very quiet, which was certainly also because the neighboring apartments were largely uninhabited.

I had a wonderful stay in this facility. The location is truly ideal: it is in a quiet area but just a few steps from the sea and the town center. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Every corner was taken care of in detail, and the house is cozy and well ordered, making us feel at home from the first moment.

We stayed at Sandro's place without a car and everything worked wonderfully. There is a very nice beach, which can be reached after a 40-minute walk with fabulous views. There it is beautiful, natural. Alternatively, there is the much closer city beach. Approx. 8 minutes walking distance there is a supermarket which is very well equipped. In Scario there is no mass tourism making it very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Sandro's place, we enjoyed it a lot.
