House holiday rentals in Sayulita

Beautiful house. Lots of space for a family of 6 to come together for games, but also enough space to spread out and find a quiet place to read. Quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to several restaurants and the main square. Couldn’t have been better. We can’t wait to visit again.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

My family spent 9 nights in Sayulita. The house was just as described on the listing. It was great for a family as the pool was fun for everyone, especially my 5 year old grandson. Even though everything was within walking distance we did rent a golf cart from Gorge, the property manager. It made it easier to get to the restaurants and stores and was fun to use. Everyone that worked on the house (Pool cleaner, housekeeper and the property manager) were very pleasant and helpful. A shout out to Yoli, the housekeeper. She did a great job. We would definitely stay at "The Hot Pink Paradise" if we ever get back to Sayulita. Last but not least, Pumpkin the neighborhood cat is very sweet.

this place is amazing, martha was really helpfull the road to the house is like a mini roallercoaster which was fun, martha gave me a list of places restaurants and where to rent which was really helpfull. overall i will def go back to this wonderfull home and place.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's property. Location: nice & quiet, two blocks to the beach (the less busy northside of the beach), very close to a number of good eating places, >10-minute walk to the downtown, and not on the hill! Property Management: The Tu Casa team were excellent and very helpful. Two of them met us upon arrival and provided helpful information. Janet popped by to introduce herself as well. They were very responsive via a W/A group chat, and happy to help with anything related to the property, or visiting Sayulita. House: Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything you need. Excellent coffee table books! Yard and pool: Lovely area and all rooms open out onto this. As disclosed, there is a camera pointed at the swimming pool. The owner resides on the upper levels (separate entrances) but takes care not to be intrusive. Sayulita was a lovely spot for a vacation. We would return to this town, and to this property!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

We loved staying at the casita! It was directly by the beach, and walking distance from many restaurants, surf rentals, and bars. It was perfect for our long weekend get away. Rob was very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply if we had any question. Definitely a favorite vacation and destination!

Janet’s place is perfect! The location is phenomenal… steps from the beach, but amazingly still quite private, a block from great restaurants and walkable to everything, but still quiet. The decor is wonderful…clean but not sterile, interesting, beautiful and fun. And Janet and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. An ideal place for a family or a couple!

This is a wonderful place for a couple or single person. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle! We loved the awesome courtyard with pool and the spacious, bright, well- decorated studio. Briana was easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this place.

Mairead and her darling children were wonderful hosts. It was truly a gem of a find, the views from the top bedroom are second to none. And the property itself was so stunning the only downside was that it made it hard to ever want to leave. Mairead and Chris were such gracious hosts, very communicative and attentive to any questions/needs. Hope we have the chance to come back again some day and share the magical space with friends.

What a wonderful spot in Bucerias! The home is exactly as described. Although it is not freestanding, it is part of a larger complex but extremely private. The town is undergoing major construction presently, but that did not hamper our wonderful stay. Great restaurants were a short walk away. Wonderful art studios. Only twenty minutes from PV and not quite as busy as Sayulita, this place is still a bit of an undiscovered gem. Manuel was responsive to a short notice request and proactive in addressing possible issues before they ever happened. The place is as described - clean, spacious, modern, open, and just lovely.

The house and views are extremely beautiful. Cesar had amazing recommendations and he knows the area very well. The massages we had was a good way to start our vacation. Cesar was the most helpful and knowledgeable host I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to return. 5 stars for sure

Our stay was absolutely incredible—better than we could have ever imagined! The house was stunning, like something straight out of a magazine. It was clean, felt completely safe, and had the best view in town. The area was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway. Jeff was an amazing host—so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Renting the golf cart was a great decision; it made getting around so easy and added to the experience. We truly can’t wait to come back.

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

Great host and very good communication and friendly

We spent 5 relaxing and peaceful nights at this lovely well appointed home. The pool and garden were standouts. First time in Lo de Marcos. Very laid back and rustic town with stunning beach. Location was great for exploring other Narayit beach towns. Being pet friendly a plus.

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

Julia’s place was such an oasis in Sayulita The patio ,garden & pool were fantastic to relax so tranquil & peaceful ,the rooftop also was fabulous and we had front row seats to a great fireworks display one night ! It was so easy to walk to the centre of town (5 minutes) but at the end of a dead end street and surrounded by local families We actually did not cook so cannot comment in that but the kitchen had everything you needed . The beds were very comfortable and the aircons in each room were a blessing at night. We all lived our stay Couldn’t recommend more :)

A wonderful weekend getaway. This super secluded hidden gem is just a short walking distance way from town. It had everything we needed, was spotless and super comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Definitely considering coming back.

Nice property with plenty of space and good pool and terrace area overlooking town. Very close to all the fun goings on in town and the beach.

We had such a fantastic stay here! The house is beautiful and peaceful. Photos don't do it justice! Definitely recommend!
