Amazing host! Even though my flight arrived late and I had a long drive from Guayaquil, he made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, very responsive and helpful with everything. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable — perfect after long day of travel. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary tea, and the helpful recommendations nearby. When I accidentally left some personal items behind, he went above and beyond to coordinate getting them back to me quickly before I returned home. Truly great hospitality and kind. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! Thanks again Patricio!

Andres was an excellent communicator, always responding right away to any questions. His place was super clean, safe and comfortable. We felt right at home and the views were amazing! Convenient to walk to Yanuncay river and the tranvía just a short walk away. We would love to stay again when we come back to Cuenca

This second floor apartment is an excellent value for the price. It is just across the street from Balnearios and Hosteria Duran. There are a few restaurants nearby but the area isn't super walkable. Overnight car parking is free and about two blocks away. Marco was an excellent host and his communication was very responsive. The king size bed is comfortable, and the on-demand shower provides good hot water. However, the kitchen and bathroom sinks do not have hot water. The kitchen has all the basics, but not a lot of extras. Most importantly, there is a coffee maker and microwave. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we are in the area.

The place was perfect private quite great view! Juan was a perfect host. Def recommend to move to what’s app so he can give you faster responses. Ended up extending our stay and he was quick to accommodate. Would def come back soon!

Our stay was excellent! The location is ideal for walking to the Center and other attractions. The security of the entrance gate was reassuring. The amenities were great and plentiful for everything we wanted to do. A definite 5 star stay!!

The apartment is simply beautiful. It is located in a very quiet, safe and at the same time accessible area to reach any part of the city. Right in front there is a square that gives a special charm to the environment, ideal for going for a walk, eating or simply relaxing. Everything was impeccable and well-equipped, you can see the care in every detail. It was definitely a very pleasant experience. I ☺️would stay there again without thinking twice. Recommended!!!!!

very cozy place, strategic location in the historic center of Cuenca!

Let me begin by saying that the place is exactly as it shows in the pictures, Absolutely beautiful!! Luis was very attentive to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location is only minutes away from all attractions, The airport and all the restaurants which made it easy getting around . When you go upstairs to the terrace you also get a breath taking, panoramic view of the whole city of Cuenca, The mountain’s and the Cathedral. Antonio and Junior are the security in the building and they are the sweetest! Always made sure we were good and asked if we needed anything every time they saw us. Overall, I’m very happy about my stay and Luis the host was very attentive to our needs and ensured our check in and check out was smooth and easy. His response time was right away and the place was super neat and clean! Thank you Luis and we will be coming back again :)

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

The condo is very well located. You can work quietly if you do it remotely. The place has all the implements described, is easily accessible and very clean. I loved all the details of the place. I would stay in suite again.

The place is as shown in the photos: beautiful, cozy and very well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable and the decoration has a special touch that makes you feel very comfortable. The area is quiet and safe, ideal to rest. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

Very nice and comfortable suite, very good sector, close to the tram stop, which takes you in a few minutes to the historic center, close to many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets and the Tomebamba River walks. I was greeted by David's son very kindly which is much nicer than a key in a key box. A few more kitchen tools would be good for this nice stay.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.
