My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

This was my 3rd stay at this location. The place feels like home when I'm away from home. The addition of the mini split AC unit is helpful in controlling the temp in the unit. And Cynthia is always helpful and responsive. I look forward to staying there again, when I return this summer.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

Fantastic place to stay for a couple. If we are ever back in the area this will definitely be our first stop. Pinky was a fantastic host she was very helpful and if we needed anything she was very accommodating!

Such a gem of a place!! As a solo female traveler, I felt the space was exactly as described and the surrounding neighborhood was safe to walk my dog to the beach and through the neighborhood. Konti and the team responded to each one of my inquiries promptly and professionally. Such a great experience and stay overall. The place was exactly what I was hoping for!

Great place to stay, we had a lot of fun. very close to everything, the beach, shopping and restaurants. the amenities were great and we enjoy the time in the pool. Very recommended and will definitely book again.

Julia was absolutely so sweet and cheerful. She made me and my fiancé feel at home and so welcomed. The place was absolutely so lovely and so close to the beach. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely be contacting Julia again!

Pictures do not due this apartment justice, it is significantly bigger than what is advertised. Very easy to find and in a good neighborhood. Josh was very responsive and even had the TV logged into streaming sites for guests to use. Overall the apartment was very nice and made for a relaxing trip.

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

My sister and I loved the place.Beautiful and peaceful,loved the pool was never too busy to swim.The bed and the pull out bed was so comfortable.I love Jacksonville and this place was amazing!!!

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

My partner and I had such a beautiful stay. Everything was so clean & it was such a peaceful and well decorated apartment. Beautifully organized and had everything we needed. We were so comfortable and at home here & will definitely stay here again in the future. It was in such a perfect location, very peaceful and quiet when we wanted to stay in & a short drive to any place we wanted/needed to go. Jacolby was so attentive and made sure to check in and make himself available should we need anything at all. Little treats upon our arrival made us feel so welcome and set us up for a great vacation.

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

It was helpful to have two bathrooms. Our friend who slept on the sofa bed said it was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my extended stay! The place was thoughtfully put together with all the amenities, toiletries, and hygienic products I could need. There is a great amount of privacy and Chris was attentive through my stay. A true home away from home! Cozy! And comfortable!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

This is THE PLACE for families. Tons of families with kids we're staying at this condo association, so our children easily found playmates. There's food trucks that come on site during the day and a large field between the pool and the condo buildings where kids congregate after dinner to play games, watch movies, and play music. The pool, field, and playground are all viewable from the balcony. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for a beach stay- large covered balcony, and master bed was very comfortable.

We had a great time at Brooke’s condo on the beach! Perfect location right on the beach. Nice spacious corner condo. Kitchen was easy to cook in because Brooke provided a lot of nice cookware and utensils! Plenty of plates, bowls, baking dishes and drink ware. This is the second time we have stayed at this complex and will definitely stay here again. Love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach!
