Beautiful and clean house, very kind owner

We had the apartment on the 2nd floor ("Seaplace 2"), which offered a great view of the sea only 50m away. It was well equipped with (almost) everything you need. Instead of the mocha pot, a coffee machine might not be a bad idea, but you could also brew a coffee with the kettle. The reception by Luca's mother was very friendly and warm and she also guided us through the clean and well-kept apartment. The nearest bakery (about 5 min.) or the old town or the harbor (about 10 min.) were quickly within walking distance. Overall, the location and the apartment itself are highly recommended!

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

We were in Lovrecica during the fall holidays. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to swim in the sea because the water was too cold. But we could paddle, the kids enjoyed it. We were able to buy freshly caught fish directly from the neighbor. The area is lovely, Donald was very friendly & always helpful.

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Beautiful apartment in the best, quiet location above the old town (small fitness training on foot back included ;)). Very clean and modernly equipped, super comfortable bed! Only the blackout could have been more for me personally. The private parking and the terrace (during our stay there was no one else in the house) are worth their weight in gold! We felt comfortable all around. Alexandra is a friendly and helpful hostess.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

It was the perfect stay to explore Istria. Mara was a pure delight so very helpful with everything from local recommendations, washing and beautifully picked cherries! The apartment was beautifully presented and matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. Close enough to motovun where we managed a few visits. Can highly recommend. Tanja's place is a great spot to stay when visiting Izola. It's within walking distance of the promenade and beaches, and it includes a parking spot—a rare find during peak season. The apartment is very well equipped for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The outdoor area is a bonus, complete with furniture and a gas BBQ. Tanja is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming. She shared freshly picked cherries and wine with us, and we had a lovely evening together. As a sweet farewell gesture, she even gave our son a plush toy. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Nada was a fantastic host and very welcoming, answering any questions we had promptly. The apartment was perfect with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom, there was plenty of room in the apartment and it was very comfortable. The two balconies were wonderful- it was lovely to be able to sit outside in the sunshine. It was excellently located, in close proximity to Umag’s restaurants and shops, as well as being only a short walk from multiple supermarkets.

Jens is a nice, quick to respond host. The house has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love and care. Delicious base for trips to Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point for beautiful tours with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

Great accommodation that we would book again at any time. Very nice host. Pool and garden were very pretty and well maintained. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We stayed in a really cozy house. Well-organized and very clean spaces. The garden was our favorite corner: spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant vacation. A stay that we gladly recommend, and that we will remember with pleasure!

We had a lovely time! The apartment is small but has everything you might need. Only two things missing - exhaust fan for the stove and drying rack. The area is very pretty and beaches are walkable. Huge plus is the free gated parking. One thing that surprised us overall in slovenia are the beaches - almost all concrete, very busy and very few “beautifully scenic” ones.

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. Communication with the host Kallirroi was perfect 10/10 !!!very proactive, kind, and super helpful, thank you !

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

We had a fantastic summer holiday here. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach (3 mins walk). Rovinj is just a 10 mins ride on a bike.

We had a great week at Giorgio's in the Green Apartment, very well equipped, the pool is great for anyone who wants to swim and we had a good time!

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.
