Super clean and cute house! Perfect set up for a girls weekend. The outdoor fire table and seating area was perfect.

What an absolute gem of a stay. The property is impeccably maintained and so beautiful. The guests house that we stayed in was so comfortable and very clean. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. The doggo’s are super sweet and lovable. Danielle and the rest of the team are all very smart and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely be referring the place to our friends and will be back ourselves every year as long as it’s available.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! Nicely decorated; gorgeous and private back yard; kitchen well-stocked and beds very comfortable. Pool was an extra bonus. Neighborhood was nice as well. We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was beyond what we expected. The location is great for visiting UIUC but being in a quiet spot out of the hustle and bustle. It had easy access to campus and the Kickapoo Rail Trail. We loved having the pool and hot tub, and it was incredibly well cared for with lots of toys too. We enjoyed the kitchen, which was stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. The inside of the home is even more luxurious and larger than the pictures can demonstrate. Rossella was helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. It was great for children because all of the decor is thoughtfully placed out of reach! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Brad's place is an extremely good find and a great value as well. The place was clean, well-stocked (appreciated the coffee) and exactly as pictured. Honestly there's more room than I could use as a solo traveler. Seems great for families as well.

House was clean, comfortable and close to UIUC. Great communication and we had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Highly recommend this house.

The home was very clean with extra amenities in case we forgot something. The host was proactive with communications prior to the stay. We didn't have any issues during the stay, but I expect they would have been quickly addressed. The outdoor area had a toddler playset, swing and a grill. The weather was too cold for us to use the outdoor space, but it matched the pictures. We loved the quiet residential area. The area seemed safe as we saw families out walking at dusk and early morning joggers. It was a great break from the business of the university campus, but still nearby.

The house was perfect for our needs, clean, and had great character. I appreciated the host book which listed restaurants and activities that were in the area. Instructions were clear upon arrival and for check-out. Communication with the host was very prompt and friendly. The pac-man game was utilized and accompanied by lots of laughter. I highly recommend this home away from home.

House was perfect for our trip. We were in town for a graduation. Was close to campus and still private spot for us. Beds were comfortable and house was exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect space for our visit to family in the area. Plenty of room for me and my kids to stretch out and the backyard and firepit were a huge plus. The beds were super comfortable and the place was so nicely decorated and furnished. We cooked a lot of our meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved how we could walk to the park and Jarling’s Custard! We would definitely come back!

This is our second stay (we stayed one year ago also) and it was just as impeccable as the first stay! Spotless! Everything was literally pristine and as shown and described! Very peaceful and relaxing location! Highly recommend and we will be back next year!!!

We were moving out our child from college and stayed a few days at Araceli' place and it worked out superbly. The house has everything you need and is located close to campus and the hosts were very responsive. Keep your good work going.

Super thankful to find this space that accommodated 5 guests very comfortably. The neighborhood was nice, and in close proximity to the event space we were there for as well as close to campus, lots of eateries, and any necessities you would need for a stay coming in from out of town/state. Enough bathroom, living space and outdoor/balcony seating for everyone to really relax and have a lovely stay.

We loved staying here! House was so cute and perfect for me, my fiancé, and our 2 dogs to stay for a night. Had a small issue at check in with the main door handle being locked, but owners were super responsive and came quickly to let us in. The yard was a tad overgrown so we couldn’t see the animal poop that our dogs ended up rolling in, but there was plenty of soap in the house to take care of it. Keep in mind the yard is not fully fenced if you’re bringing dogs. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and perfect for walking, and it was fun to look at all the cool and unique houses nearby. Would recommend and stay again!

The house is exactly as described. It fit our needs well. Carlyle was good about communicating prior to our stay and we had no issues with the house. I would stay there again next time I’m in the area.

This was my second time staying in this special house— it is always my first choice when visiting the Champaign-Urbana area. Tori is a dream host and this house has it all: vintage charm, big fenced yard, patio, thoughtful decor, well made furniture, washer + dryer. Every aspect of the house was beautiful and the exact same as the photos! The hosts were amazing with communication and incredibly flexible. The house was also a perfect distance from the university if that is what you are looking for. My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong tables!

The house was perfect for our son’s graduation. It was very close to campus and also to restaurants and downtown. Three spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 full baths, all stocked with plenty of products and big, fluffy towels. The basement game room had lots of games and the living room had plenty of seating. The backyard was bright and sunny for sitting on the patio. The host was very responsive although I didn’t have many questions because the instructions were all very clear. We will definitely stay in this house again!
