Very clean cottage in a great location! Easy and flexible check-in and setting was great.

Very cozy cottage with no end of space: You can spend time in a spacious cottage, veranda, terrace, home, yard, beach, lake. From the yard sauna, a short walk to the beach, which, due to its depth and dark water, is not suitable for toddlers to swim. Beautifully decorated and put together that you wouldn't want to leave🙂.

I stayed with some friends for 1 night, the cottage is cozy and clean, with a fireplace we loved and a big sauna with shower. Although surrounded by other cottages, it's still quiet and private and with a lovely view on the lake Saimaa. Indications were super clear and whenever we need we asked and got replied quickly. We really enjoyed!

We enjoyed our five nights at Kari-Pekka’s very comfortable and spacious cabin. Best of all was the spectacular lakeside setting and surrounding forest. The silence was astonishing and the tranquillity truly transformative. Sitting on the pontoon and looking out over the expanse of water had an almost dream-like quality. It was utterly beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which had all the essentials for cooking. It was perfect for our family stay. The service man was excellent—very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Their assistance made our experience even smoother. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would definitely book again in the future!

quiet place are 3 cottages a few tens of meters from each other in a secluded area with access to the small but fishy lake surrounded by woods. near the magnificent punkaharju esker and comfortable (about 1h by car) from parks such as kolovesi and linnansaari. about 1 hour from laappenranta airport. Valentin, the manager is very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Beautiful surroundings, amazing nature. Pure lake interesting for fishing. Mushrooms, berries. The town of Puumala is very near - two well stocked supermarkets. Very tasty good quality tap water. Julia is a nice responsible host.

A good modern cottage in a quiet location, within easy reach of Savonlinna and other nearby attractions. We comfortably enjoyed the place for two nights. There were some challenges finding the cabin, as mentioned earlier in the comments. However, the host can provide a cottage number, and there is a cottage map near the area's respa, where you can view the location. Communication with the owner is fine.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful and peaceful yard. The host was there to open the door and told us about the history of the place. A lovely surprise was also the local Karelian pies. Communication worked well - there was no need to wait for a response. Great location. A group of three had their own bedroom for each. Big recommendation for people looking for an atmospheric stay!

I stayed here for a few days and it was exactly what I needed. A quiet, peaceful place where you can breathe out, hear yourself, and just be. The house is warm and cozy — simple in the best Finnish way, with a sense of care behind everything. Cottages in a great location. Our adult son was on the trip and it was nice that he had his own cottage with more limited kitchen equipment and even his own sauna. The main cabin has a decent kitchen, dining area and living room. There is a good gas grill on the terrace. Gravel road less than a kilometer, also a good place to visit by motorcycles. There is another cottage relatively close, but there is no direct view of the living area and there seemed to be no one in the cottage. A nice, relaxed cottage, clean but not clinical. I would have liked to stay longer, but work interferes with leisure time. We went to Puumala's summer opening party at the harbor and toured the Seal Trail. The seal remained unseen, perhaps next time 🙂

Friendly host, quiet and very beautiful location, good saunas, versatile functional kitchen. The house was very nice and cozy. Easy to relax. I would have enjoyed more than one night here. The owner of the place was kind and he easily got answers to puzzling questions related to the accommodation. I recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment was located on a forest ship, so the outdoors was easy and effortless. Riikka responded quickly and was very flexible with times.

The villa and the surroundings are very beautiful. We much enjoyed our stay in the villa and the peacefulness and beauty of the whole area. If you have a chance to stay in this place, don’t hesitate. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Everything went smoothly! Check-in was easy, communication worked and the cottage was in a great location. The interiors were neat.

I had the most lovely few days at the White House in Parikkala. David is an extremely kind, helpful and attentive host, who ferried me to and from the station, was always on hand to help with any questions I had and even rescued me when I got stranded out on the lake in his boat! The house is spacious, very comfortable and well kept, and the area is full of exciting things to explore for anyone who loves nature! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful secluded spot, very relaxing home, garden and surroundings. The property has everything you could need, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, the BBQ is fantastic with lots of outdoor space, but the lakeside sauna is the best part of all. The internet was super fast and it was great having instant hot water whenever I needed it. This is quite a luxurious cottage and much bigger than the pictures show. Aleksandr was very responsive and answered all my questions. I wish I could have stayed longer.
