Everything perfect. Spacious, clean and fully equipped studio with everything you need. Excellent sleep quality, top mattress. Dishwasher, air conditioning and brand new bathroom. The private parking space adds value to the location located near the sea and well served. Davide is very helpful and very kind. Isolina is quick to respond. She really deserves it, very good!!!

Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

We spent a week in Yvonne's beautiful apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The apartment is superbly equipped and tastefully and cozily furnished. But the best thing is the view from the balcony! Here we spent many evenings. The apartment is a good starting point for a variety of activities. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, some hiking trails start right in front of the house and by train you only need a good hour from Alassio to Genoa. Ruben welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. He was also always available for questions. We highly recommend it!

Our stay was very nice overall. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures, is clean and equipped with everything you need. The breathtaking view of the sea is particularly noteworthy – a real highlight! Michaela is extremely friendly and you feel welcome right away A minor drawback is the proximity to the road, which leads to low car noise depending on the time of day. We had hoped that there was an easy way to reach the sea on foot. Unfortunately, this is not the case. To get to the sea, you either have to drive about a minute to a parking bay and walk down a small path from there, or you walk about 600-700 meters along the very busy road. We decided to travel by car due to the traffic. The area is highly recommended. We were there during the Whitsun holidays and saw almost no German cars or other tourists. We stayed 4 nights between May and June. The balcony overlooking the sea is the highlight of the house: there is a small table where you can eat with a view, two flowers and a clothes rack. Everything you need. Access to the public beach is extremely easy, passing through the garages. Maria Letizia and her family were hospitable and helpful. The house is close to a bar and a grocery store and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Saracen village. There was no air conditioning but, during the period we were there, the two fans were more than enough, in the evening the air from the sea was cool. We will definitely return for another visit of a few days.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

Fantastic nature with great trails for mountain biking or hiking. Judith's house is very nice and very well equipped. The view from the terrace is wonderful, we enjoyed the time very much. Thanks very much.

I stayed at Michele‘s place for the second time and can absolutely recommend it. Nice place to slow down, sit in the garden or visit restaurants near by. I stayed there with my husband and little daughter. Living room/kitchen area is separated to bedroom by a door, while it is still open at the ceiling for the air conditioning to cool the both areas down. Also, great wifi for working remotely. Upon request, Michele let us check out later, which we highly appreciated.

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The host was friendly and responsive. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

The terrace is super nice and super big! We enjoyed it every morning and every evening. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is a 5-minute walk away (private beaches). The center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, alternatively there would also be a bus. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Silvia was very nice and came by in person for check-in/check-out. It was a great time and I can only recommend it.
