Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city center of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops as well as the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very simple and responsive. We highly recommend it!

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We were very well received in a very beautiful house, an old farmhouse renovated with talent. Each room of the house is very pleasant. Indoor pool large enough to cool off. it was very good.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! It's even better in real life than the photos. The pool is indeed very large and made everyone happy. We were with children and the accommodation is really ideal for them: safe, with games available... In addition, the kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We highly recommend this place for holidays for families or groups of friends.

House at the top, where everything has been thought for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, through the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there is none!

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Lovely and very comfortable apartment, with great location close to the centre of Le Mans. Short walk to shops, great restaurants and bars. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure our check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.
