We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a cottage 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the tranquility of our cottage. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in the summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 passengers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

You can also enjoy the outside thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is common with my house (doomed access when it is rented).
