Je recommande cette location, la maison et le jardin sont top! Nous avons profité du barbecue et du jacuzzi. Nous étions 7 adultes et 1 bébé et avons passé un super séjour ! Clémentine était très accueillante et les échanges faciles!

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

Excellent séjour, au calme ! La piscine est petite mais très agréable, la vue sur le lac est idyllique. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Attention les deux chambres se succèdent, il faut donc passer par l’une pour arriver à l’autre. Et enfin, il manquait peut-être un peu de vaisselle (juste une petite poêle par exemple) mais au global c’était un magnifique séjour !

Eric was a great host. The house was perfect in a quiet location. The outside space was the highlight. There isn’t too much about within walking distance but Le Mans is within easy driving distance. It worked perfectly as a base for the 24 hour race. Hope we can stay here again

Our stay at Villa Victoria was for the 24hr Le Mans. We have been visiting this region for 20 years plus and have never found a place as good as this. Arlette was the most amazing host and so helpful when one of our party fell ill, for a couple of days, nothing was too much bother. The Villa was extremely well appointed with the looks of traditional French decor rooms were large and spotless all the group slept well and were very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and beautiful manicured gardens. The village and the shops were amazing and people so friendly. We will definitely be returning if Arlette will have us.

Logement impeccable situé au bout d'un chemin en pleine verdure . l'environnement est propice au repos et a la détente . Benoît est très disponible. Cela correspondait à nos attentes . nous avons passé un très agréable weekend !

Great communication from Pascal and Martine. Property is set in a lovely part of the country close enough to Teloche and Le Mans for shops etc but far enough away that there is no disturbances. Sitting outside in the evening with the birds tweeting away was very relaxing. Property had all the appliances you need for your stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank You John

Bijzonder fijn huis met ruime prachtige tuin en mooi weids uitzicht! Gastvrije ontvangst door Florence ondanks dat we maar 1 nacht bleven. Kleine garage voor de auto. Schuurtje voor spellen bij regen. Jeux de boulesbaan. Super!

c'est la deuxième fois que nous allons chez Gérard. C'est un endroit tranquille et parfait pour passer du temps en famille ou entres amis. Merci Gérard d'avoir mis le café, thé et l'huile à notre disposition. Il y avait également une bouteille de vin rosé en cadeau d'accueil. Les vélos étaient très utiles. Nous avons bien profité de terrain de pétanque, babyfoot, billard et ping-pong. Un grand merci pour votre accueil Josiane. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Reine a été adorable et très réactive quand j’avais une question. Un logement idéal au calme,en campagne permettant de se reposer. Merci pour le petit déjeuner et la cheminée en route à mon arrivée dans le logement.

Endroit original de part la décoration. Le plus 4 salles de bain très pratique et le baby foot et le jeux de fléchettes, commerce à pied à proximité (boulangerie, intermarché...)

Hôte très bien. Je voulais de la tranquillité et du calme, ajouté à ça la piscine et c'était impeccable. Moi et mes enfants avons été très contents.

We all had a wonderful stay at this charming and well equipped farmhouse with swimming pool. The farmhouse was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The outdoor space was equally impressive. Mark, the host, was very welcoming and helpful.

We had such a fantastic time. The facilities were great - the pool in particular was a hit and some lovely finishing touches including gas for the BBQ and a great coffee machine. The beds were super comfortable. It's a great place to come for some rest and relaxation as it's very peaceful and secluded. A big thank you to our hosts who were very helpful and welcoming.

Nous venons de passer un weekend avec des amis dans le petit écrin du château. C'est un lieu paisible et un hôte très chaleureux qui nous ont accueilli pour un moment d'exception à la campagne. Nous avons fortement apprécié la qualité du logement ainsi que des hectares qui entourent le domaine. Encore merci à Hugues !

Christophe's home is absolutely gorgeous and very well-equipped - the photos don't do it justice! We were a group of 14 friends that spent a fantastic long weekend. All the rooms were perfect for adults, with private en-suites. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the outside spaces in particular - serene and very private, with lots of games (volleyball, football, petanque, table tennis), a pool with plenty of deck chairs for the full group to relax, and a lovely outdoor lounge as well as dining table + BBQ. We felt right at home, had everything we could think of, and just had the best time. Nicole was very helpful + we will back to hang out with Capri and Moustache, who are the most affectionate and gentle host cats!

Un super week-end dans un lieu plein de charme, que ce soit le gîte, les randonnées dans la forêt où nous allions à pied ou encore les villages conseillés par Élise et Sylvain. nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

La maison est joliment décorée, agréable, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Très bonne communication avec Jean-Paul. Nous reviendrons !
