Hi Richard, Your house was wonderful – we felt very comfortable! As a family, we only missed the washing machine and a clothes rack a little 😄 But that was not a big problem. We will definitely be happy to come back to you – it was a really nice stay. The location is quiet and perfect for our children and our little dog Alexa. We had a wonderful stay at Margarita's house. It was exactly as described, with a lovely and sunny garden. The highlight for us was definitely the sauna, followed by a refreshing dip in the water – it was the perfect way to relax.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, including the owner very responsive and welcoming. Holidays have been better than planned. We'll be sure to go again!☺️

We spent a few days of our vacation in a wonderful house, enjoying the silence, the aroma of the pine forest around and the proximity of the beautiful beach. You can only recommend this place, everything was very convenient, clean and cozy, as if you were in your cottage. The only thing was that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings on the street (there were no problems in the house, they saved comfortable nets), so our advice is to protect yourself from mosquito repellent. The accommodation was beautiful and super clean and well equipped. The location was also super nice and you really had everything to be happy. In addition, the communication was super fast and good and uncomplicated. Our wishes were directly addressed and responded to flexibly. We had a very nice time.

We were pleasantly surprised by both the house itself and the surrounding area – a very cozy, clean and comfortable environment to enjoy peace and relaxation. There are many beautiful places to walk and enjoy nature in the area, which made our stay even more special. Wonderful place! It was our first time staying here, and we had the whole house for a birthday party. We enjoyed every moment. The cosy balcony offers a scenic river view at sunrise, and the well-organised BBQ area is covered with a solid roof — perfect for any weather. The large kitchen table comfortably fit everyone. A great place overall — highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again for another weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment, which is perfectly located for a city break in Riga. The apartment is large, clean and practically furnished for many guests. The terrace is a particular plus. The contact with the landlord has been quick and efficient and we highly recommend this apartment.

Victoria's place in Olde Town Riga was perfect for our stay. It was a beautiful location - combining a historical building with modernized accommodations. And it was in a perfect location. So close to so many restaurants and sights in Riga - very easy to get around. Even though you can't drive right up to the location, it wasn't far for drivers to access. Everything was clean and well kept - it was just what we wanted for our vacation.

Loved the surroundings and the peace. Decoration of the place was cozy. Warm and friendly host, lovely pets, felt right at home. Morning sunrise was amazing and in the kitchen there was very tasty herbal tea. Found good dinner from Ogre. Coming with car, there were fuel stations just near the location. Would be happy to stay again!

We loved this place, really lux and clean.

Very nice apartment with high-end appliances in the very central location . Huge window with a beautiful views of rooftops and cathedrals. Balcony and elevator in the building are a huge plus. Communication with Eva was good and she was very accommodating. Overall we had a great stay.

Ivetas place was perfect. It felt super luxurious but was very affordable! It was a great location - walking distance from most places or at least a quick 'bolt' scooter! The flat was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and the kitchen was so well equipped. The communication was great, clear check in details and recommendations of things to do. We didn't stay long enough - will have to come back!

Honestly, this may be the nicest AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. All of it ship-shape and done perfectly. Used the washer/dryer Combo and I couldn’t figure it out at first but after that it was awesome. The site is pristine. I could not have asked for anything else. Will stay again next time I’m in Latvia.

Accommodation clean, quick to find, central location. Instructions before arrival were sufficient. Around the corner you can quickly get everything you need. Everything is great! Recommended. 🙂

Beautiful and modern place.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located to restaurants and bars. And a close walk to all the main areas and tourist spots.

Martin's apartment is as pictured and described. Everything necessary was available and clean. The apartment is well located to reach the old town and also the train station on foot. Martin was always easy to reach and responded quickly, kindly and helpful. We would keep returning and can only recommend Martin as a host and his apartment.

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this accommodation and I must say that it is simply ideal for optimal tranquility (especially with its very nice garden available). The apartment is very clean, well furnished and well lit naturally. You really feel like you're at home, in private. The apartment would be nothing without its host, Anna, who is not only very responsive but also proactive with only good advice and excellent suggestions. Anyway, I can only recommend this place.
