The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right by Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden town built for the factory at the beginning of the 20th century. The house is in original style but has been completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms divided on the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the fast boat dock where the boat from Stavanger comes in. Bed linen can be rented for 150kr per set.

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautiful location with panoramic views of the Sauda Mountains and Maldalsvannet. The hiking possibilities are huge both in summer and winter. Approximately 25 min drive to Sauda ski resort for those who want alpine skiing. 12-15 minute drive to beautiful Sauda city center which has a lot to offer, including bakery, eateries and sports shops The cabin is west facing and has a lot of sun from February to October that can be enjoyed on several terraces. Welcome to our rich and spacious cabin right by Sauda ski center. Here there is room for the whole extended family! The cabin is idyllically located surrounded by beautiful nature and nice hiking areas and mountain hikes. Only 300 meters from the ski lift, and a 10 min. drive to Sauda city center which has lots of nice to offer. Among other things, heated indoor and outdoor pool, cinema, cafes, shops, library, golf course and other nice things. Bring the family to feed the ducks at the duck pond or take a round of miniature golf for example.

In this spacious and great place, everyone will lower their shoulders and enjoy the great nature right outside the cabin door. Svandalen is just as nice all year, there are endless hiking opportunities, and a lot of mountain peaks that can be climbed. The cabin is spacious and has nice space for 2 large families. There are 4 living rooms, with a football table in one, a living room by the kitchen, and 2 projectors for TV or movies in the other 2 rooms. Parking for up to 4 cars on the property is also included.

Endeli is a very cozy cabin that is located beautifully and securely in the Svandalen in Sauda. Parking about 200m from the cabin, and you follow a fairly steep tractor road up to the cabin. Good tip to pack in a backpack. Well up at the cabin you have fantastic views, and now you can enjoy lazy days at the campfire or more actively with hiking the mountains both summer and winter. Svandalen Ski Center is just 5 minutes by car from the cabin. Or you can start the hike from the cabin-door.

In the summer the area around Sauda is beautiful for hiking and the hikes start behind the cabin. You can swim in the fjord and mountain lakes. No problem - either relax with a book or visit the Sauda swimming pool with a great heated outdoor pool and slides.
