Comfortable apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

Loved this place, we even extended our stay. First we were hesitant to book because we didn’t have our own bedding, but after texting with Kristen he recommended a cheap place to get some linen. Which was totally worth it! The bed was big and comfy, however too soft for my BF. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you’ll need. Water pressure in the shower is otherworldly lol (in a good way). The views of the mountains from the balcony and kitchen table are incredible. We loved the concept of cleaning the apartment for the next guests, felt like a real Airbnb. Also all the personal stuff of Kristen and fam made it feel right at home.

A nice apartment in a great location overlooking the waterfalls and snowy mountain peaks. Quietly located, but on the balcony the sound of the waterfall. Inside you didn't hear that. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is easily accessible on a main road. You can only hear a faint noise from the car in the apartment with the windows closed. Few cars drive there at night. You can park in front of the door. The apartment was a little chilly in the beginning. She then warmed up over the first night. The apartment was clean and bright. Everyone cleans up after themselves when they leave. You also bring your own bed linen and towels. Optionally, you could also book the service. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. We just couldn't find a hair dryer. From the window, you have a beautiful view of the waterfall. The apartment's furnishings were good and comfortable.

Amazing home

Dream location with a magnificent view of a fjord. Thoughtful hosts who provide a house that is really worth it. We only stayed one night, that's our only regret.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Marius was a generous host with great communication. The home was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The views were stunning and location was convenient for hiking and easily walkable to the village store. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

An older and cozy house in rural surroundings. Nicely refurbished and well equipped. Also suitable for families. Perfect location to do some of the many walks in the area. Very nice hostess, good communication.

We completely enjoyed our time in Stanevik and especially in Trines house. Absolutely perfekt.

Beautiful location with unique home. Few quirks in the home but that is part of the charm. They communicated well and fixed a few maintenance issues very quickly. The views from the home and the surrounding area are so beautiful.

We loved our stay. This place is very spacious — nice open living room / kitchen area, comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous porch. It is almost unbelievable that from the porch, you have a view of the Tjornadalsfossen (waterfall) across the lake and Strandsfossen (waterfall) is practically in the backyard. And the hike to Jordalsnuten, which starts basically at the end of this Airbnb’s driveway, is so great! The view from the porch also includes some other items (a shed with lots of wood, a snowmobile, some machinery). We also had a car so it was easy to get to this place. We loved this place and would certainly come back.

We stayed for one night at Anders house and had a great experience. The place was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Anders communicated clearly and the check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to follow. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend staying here!

Great apartment in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was in top condition and it was easy to get here. Also very practical to stay in the middle of Rosendal with walking distance to everything you might need.

I summary, it was clean, great location and an amazing apartment to hang out in and enjoy the view of the fjord and surrounding mountains. It was a great location to stay for a visiting Salmon Eye as well, as it is a 2min walk down the stairs to the meeting point for the boat. Main bed was very soft. If you like soft beds, this is great. For me preferring a firmer mattress, this was not ideal. Also there is no microwave, so if this is something you need in your routine, just take note.

Very nice apartment where everything is present. The location is ideal to discover the surroundings of the Hardangerfjord and to enjoy walks in nature.

Nice host and very responsive, hospitable and the house is great. had a nice view of the slopes from the terrace, the only poor thing was the internet was bad but anything other than that our stay was better in the house.
