Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

Direct connection to hiking trails! Additional information: Self-catering hut - bed linen is available - you will have to bring linens and covers as well as towels. There is no final cleaning fee, so please leave the place swept clean!

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and can be reached by car all year round. For summer holidaymakers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car and in winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chair lift of the Wörtherseabfahrt is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered slopes or in the forest are also welcome.

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.
