Each villa boasts a private pool, blending modern amenities with natural beauty. The interiors are elegant, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. ich war alleine für 20 Tage im Bungalow. Alles hat gepasst, prima Pool, super großes Haus, alles sauber, alles vorhanden . Johannes war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen.

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

Our stay at Tatiana and Victor's villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had more than enough room for our family. The private swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids, they couldn’t get enough of it! Tatiana and Victor were wonderful hosts. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were just a phone call away and always quick to help. When we mentioned that we found the bed a little too firm, Tatiana went out and bought us a bed topper, which was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. Vinsent was also fantastic; he was a great help with our move and accommodating all of our requests with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. The place is clean and accurate. We love karaoke, pool, and slide. The host is responsive and helpful. It's perfect for a weekend getaway and a party with friends.

Приехали в июне 2015г с женой и внуком(3 человека), говорят в сезон дождей .Дождей практически за 12 дней было 3 раза и то ночью,очень жарко,хотя днем бывало пасмурно но умудрились сгореть (очень осторожно). Константин организовал трансфер из аэропорта .Нас встретили в аэропорту( спасибо водителю и нашему гиду Диме) доставили до места. Константин (хозяин) нас встретил гостеприимно,проводил в дом ,чего не хватало все тут же было . Дом в котором нас поселили был просто замечательным (3 этажа, 3 спальни, все удобства(стиральная машина ) огромный холл,кухня (можно готовить самим или на "Тук-Тук" ездить обедать или ужинать в городе ) Хотя до этого мы бронировали квартиру, для нас это конечно был подарок.Так получилось что квартира была занята,но даже это к лучшему. Квартира тоже очень хорошая ,но гораздо меньше. Очень тихо,море рядом,хороший чистый бассейн . Если едете с ребенком то там ему не будет скучно ,много детей русских, можно отпускать по территории гулять(все охраняется,чужой не пройдет).Экскурсии можно заказать везде в городе (мы обращались к Диме и он нас возил куда захотим, естественно за "баты" ). Все недорого,фрукты на каждом углу.Очень вкусно кормят на рыбном рынке не далеко от коттеджа,3 остановки на "Тук-Тук" Вообщем наверное на следующий год тоже туда и компашкой..

Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

It’s great place to chill with family .That would be great if check out time is 12 pm instead of 11.

Jolie pool villa, belle piscine, environnement calme et paisible, parfait pour se reposer et se détendre.. réactivité de l’hôte impeccable! Emplacement pour garer sa voiture très pratique et sécurisé. Nous venons d’y passer deux jours, je recommande 👍🙏🏻 Merci.

I was the first guest to stay in this lovely accommodation. First let me say that the house is large and comfortable, there isn’t anything tiny about it. Everything is brand new and they have everything that you can think of in the house, including fans and an air purifier. The air conditioning works very well and keeps you cool. Internet works perfectly as does streaming on Netflix. There are several walkable restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is nice. The host is a very lovely woman as I got to meet her and her husband. This is very close to the airport and is the best deal in the area. I would book again in an instant. Thank you for hosting us for the evening and I know this will be a success for you and your family 🙏.

Owner is friendly and productive for service he flexible check-in & check-out. This house is clean and a lot of equipment for cooking. A casa é muito bonita. Bem espaçosa e equipada. Condomínio silencioso e tranquilo. Próxima do lago e de restaurantes muito bons. Tien sempre foi muito ágil, gentil e prestativo. Um excelente anfitrião. Super recomendo!

Very nice resort style accommodation. We had a mid terrace unit with downstairs kitchen and lounge and 2 bedrooms with en-suites. 2 terraces and a nice view of the pool. Staff were nice and friendly and sorted out a couple of niggles we had on arrival without any trouble. It’s away from the main tourist areas of Pattaya and Jomtien but if you don’t mind a 15 minute scooter ride and prefer the quieter life. This will be ideal. It does have the advantage of being very close to temple, Buddha mountain, aquaverse water park and Nong Nooch Gardens which are all worth a visit.
