Nice spacious place to stay for family trip, especially if you are traveling with a baby!

Najomtien villa is the perfect place for young and energetic people. It is a pleasure to rest on it. Morning swimming in the pool under the sun among coconut palms can perhaps be compared only with a night out with music and fiery dances with new friends ;). Personally, for me, it's the best place to live. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunrise, but the starry sky from the balcony of the second floor is visible as in the palm of your hand.

Hosts is very responsive and provided lots of help

dominik place is in perfect location, 10mn access via highway to jomtien beach and its restaurants, no traffic like in the center, and 10 golf courses within 20mn. we enjoy cozy open living room, very quiet area and the jacuzzi to relax! appreciate a lot the daily cleaning and the security of the area! will definetelly come back..and also a big thank for being pet friendly!

The place corresponded 100% to the pictures, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing! The only thing we were missing was provided toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter's home. Everything went smoothly. The daily maid service, towels and bottled water was a welcomed plus. We had extended family visit us during the stay and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. Perfect for a large family or group. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Any family with realistic expectations of a 5 bedroom custom villa in Thailand will have a wonderful time. Peter is an excellent and responsive host who worked hard to help us have an awesome time. Much appreciated!

Johannes was so helpful since the beginning and we really enjoyed staying at this villa. It is a bitr far from Pattaya which we really like but very easy to get uber and so on. Pool was so nice either and house was super clean. There was a water issue in our last day and Johannes was really sorry about it and he didn't charge us for electricity because of water issue. If you are looking privacy this pool villa is for you we loved the place. Pool is not visible from outside but if someone look inside above the wall they can see you, but still the neighborhood is so calm and there was barely people around. Thanks for Johannes and this villa, we will definitely coming back there!

Thomas’s apartment has very good location for the rest and tourism. The place which is called Dhewee Home is situated 20 km far from Patthaya (to the South), near the Bang Saray village (on the opposite side of Sukhumvit road, with shops, markets, restaurants, beaches and so on in approximately 1,5 – 3,5 km distance of the apartment). We travelled by taxi or with the help of travel agency. We visited Nong Nooch Garden, Viharnra Sien (China museum), Big Buddha Mountain (Khao Chi Chan), Alcasar show (in Patthaia), 1-day trip to Bangkok, 2-days trip to Cambodia (Siem Riep, Angkor) etc. during 13 days. And we have a lot of rest near the private swimming pool at Dhewee Home. The small garden and the private free parking are located near Thomas’s apartment. Thomas’s apartment is new, well equipped and clean. There are 3 of us: we are the couple (me and my husband) and my mom. That's why it was very important for us to have 2 separated (but fully equipped) bathrooms. This apartment has also 2 bedrooms: the master’s bedroom and the other one, both are nice. The apartment has also another two places for sleeping in the living room and a lot of linen and towels. As to the kitchen\ living room - it is big and comfortable. We were also very pleased to have some food in the buffet, coffee&tea and so on as compliments of Thomas. This apartment has also big wardrobe room. As to Wi-Fi, Thomas’s apartment doesn’t have the preinstalled Internet. You should provide it for you by yourself: you should buy the Thai Sim-card, you should put enough money on it using the terminal near “7 eleven” (300 bats for 2 weeks were enough for us) and then install this Sim-card as a point of Wi-Fi for your devices. In conclusion – the apartment is nice, the price is very adequate. The master and the manager Thomas - are hospitable and generous. We were very pleased to stay at Thomas’s apartment. Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

For staying just out of the busy areas it’s a good compromise. Transport required. Kind helpful host with a comfortable villa and pool.

We had a really pleasurable stay. The accommodation was very clean with all utilities we needed. It was in a quiet closed community and a short ride to Pattaya city. The pool was lovely and i would easily visit again.

Our stay at Tatiana and Victor's villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had more than enough room for our family. The private swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids, they couldn’t get enough of it! Tatiana and Victor were wonderful hosts. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were just a phone call away and always quick to help. When we mentioned that we found the bed a little too firm, Tatiana went out and bought us a bed topper, which was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. Vinsent was also fantastic; he was a great help with our move and accommodating all of our requests with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Chonlatee is a very good host. She gave us a lot of help. Maybe because I went there with my families and my families like cooking, she took us to the wet market to buy local food and experience local people's life. The house is very good. Good hygiene condition and the house is fully furnished. With the aim of Chonlatee, we went to some special places for relaxing. Come and ask her when you book her wonderful house if you wanna know! Thanks again for the help. Definitely will come with my friends in this house in the future.

We have cancelled our trip two years in a row (our compatition was cancelled). But we were welcome to book at the third time too. Victor and Tatitana addressed our questions prompt, organized the airport transfer, came over to greet us upon arrival. The only downside was that we recieved a room short (expexted a villa with 5 bedrooms, and got a different one, with 4). However they compensated us with friendly car rental price, late checkout without a fee, so all in all it was only a glitch. The place is superb, nice surrounding, well maintained, beautifully decorated, I think everything was in place for our comfort. The pool was serviced, the garden maintained, dringking water provided, cleaning when we asked for it. I think Tatiana and Victor well overdelivered on their promise, definitely a place and hosts that I can recommend to anyone, and a place to return! Thank you Victor and Tatiana!

it was nice overall. but I suggest own transport. the only thing really, was that the kitchen had few equipment.

Beautiful modern house with small swimming pool. Our kids love the pool. We were able to cook and eat outside while our 4 young children enjoyed the pool,

Happiest time of my life. Everything about this stay was amazing. The Hosts were incredible the location left you in a feeling of bliss. The security was top notch. Swimming in the infinity pool over looking the ocean at sunset is magical. I cried because i was sad to leave i also cried because i found myself & happiness on this trip and this stay was a big reason. I will forever be grateful and thankful for such wonderful hosts.

The host was very kind and responsive, so I had no problems communicating. The condition of the accommodation was the same as the photos, and the staff was friendly and the service was good. The shared pool was large and easy to use and the cleanliness was fine. Above all, the security was good, so I stayed for 40 days and had no problems. The accommodation is quiet and quiet, and it is better if you have a motorbike or a car. There is also a private parking spot. Next time I come back to Thailand, I intend to revisit. I'm glad I made really good memories for 40 days in Thailand.
