We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het zit in een erg rustig gebied waardoor je geen geluidsoverlast ervaard, heel fijn slapen dus. Houdt wel rekening dat je toch zeker een 15 minuten moet lopen voor een eerste 7 eleven. Veder een vriendelijke beveiliger bij de balie, en werd er altijd snel gereageerd bij vragen via airbnb. Top en een aanrader.

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

I stayed at Rong’s condo. It was a very clean, with everything as her description. Also she is very helpful and super friendly host. I felt like I’m living at my home. Would recommend anyone to book without hesitation….😇

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Мы прожили в этой квартире месяц, нам все очень понравилось! Все было чисто, все белье было постирано, хозяин заботливо предоставил все бытовые принадлежности. Интернет был хорошим, все это время мы работали без проблем. На кухне было все необходимое для самостоятельного приготовления еды. В квартире не было ни тараканов, ни муравьёв, что редкость для Таиланда Мы рекомендуем это жилье!

Эмили спасибо за жильё. Отличная территория у Кондо - понравилась плавать по бассейну- дорожкам. Днем фонтаны всегда работали.

1.숙소 위치는 바다를 접해있지만 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있고 주변 식당 및 편의점 등과 거리가 멀었고 바이크 및 자동차를 운행할 경우 불편함이 없습니다. 2.숙소에 직원들은 항상 친절했으며 건물을 항상 청결하게 유지하려고 신경 스는 듯 했습니다 3.룸 은 큰 편이고 어린이 동반 가족 단위 이용객에도 지내기 불편함이 없고 대형 침대가 있고 그와 별도로 소파가 침대로 변신합니다. 4.수영장은 바다뷰에 탁월한 위치에 있고 수영장 베드 침대 에 누어 해가 지는 모습을 보면 환상적입니다. 5.헬스장은 규모는 작지만 도로 뷰 보면서 런링머신 을 달리수있는 깨끗한 환경을 유지하고 있어요 6.건물에 출입 보안은 잘 가추어져 있어 안전하였고 경비는 24시간 근무하고 있어 습니다. 7. 건물 옆 대형 호텔이 있는데 간혹 밤에 관광버스들이실어나르는 페캐지 여행객 들이 책크인 하려고 이동하는 소음은 잠시 들리기도 합니다. *조용한 휴식이 필요하신 분들이라면 이곳에 머무른 걸 강력히 추천합니다 감사합니다.

Excellent stay and the host is very accomodating. Room is clean and well maintained and the facilities of the complex are very good. The property is a short walk to the beach, through the resort.

Very helpful host. Managed to lock myself out, twice, but host solved the problem very quick both times. Highly recommended. Only thing to mention is that a motorcycle really helps you to get around so i would recommend renting one. Fridge was filled with complimentary water and beverages, a nice touch!

It was a great stay and the hosts helped with everything they could and communicated well. A little far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya which ended up being nice and more laid back. Good stay. Mom’s restaurant out front across from Top’s was amazing Thai food and very affordable.

We've enjoyed very much the stay in Michael's house as well as communication with him and his family. Michael both knows well Thai by his education and is aware of all facilities in the outskirts of the place; he is a briliiant advisor as well as a good company for entertainment.

Thomas’s apartment has very good location for the rest and tourism. The place which is called Dhewee Home is situated 20 km far from Patthaya (to the South), near the Bang Saray village (on the opposite side of Sukhumvit road, with shops, markets, restaurants, beaches and so on in approximately 1,5 – 3,5 km distance of the apartment). We travelled by taxi or with the help of travel agency. We visited Nong Nooch Garden, Viharnra Sien (China museum), Big Buddha Mountain (Khao Chi Chan), Alcasar show (in Patthaia), 1-day trip to Bangkok, 2-days trip to Cambodia (Siem Riep, Angkor) etc. during 13 days. And we have a lot of rest near the private swimming pool at Dhewee Home. The small garden and the private free parking are located near Thomas’s apartment. Thomas’s apartment is new, well equipped and clean. There are 3 of us: we are the couple (me and my husband) and my mom. That's why it was very important for us to have 2 separated (but fully equipped) bathrooms. This apartment has also 2 bedrooms: the master’s bedroom and the other one, both are nice. The apartment has also another two places for sleeping in the living room and a lot of linen and towels. As to the kitchen\ living room - it is big and comfortable. We were also very pleased to have some food in the buffet, coffee&tea and so on as compliments of Thomas. This apartment has also big wardrobe room. As to Wi-Fi, Thomas’s apartment doesn’t have the preinstalled Internet. You should provide it for you by yourself: you should buy the Thai Sim-card, you should put enough money on it using the terminal near “7 eleven” (300 bats for 2 weeks were enough for us) and then install this Sim-card as a point of Wi-Fi for your devices. In conclusion – the apartment is nice, the price is very adequate. The master and the manager Thomas - are hospitable and generous. We were very pleased to stay at Thomas’s apartment. Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

ich war alleine für 20 Tage im Bungalow. Alles hat gepasst, prima Pool, super großes Haus, alles sauber, alles vorhanden . Johannes war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen.

Vadim & Gulia are great Host , very supportive & understanding. Place is exactly matching the description. If you are looking for private , peaceful place with wonderful pool and relax and enjoy then this the perfect place to stay. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities mentioned in the description are available. You can cook have your wonderful meal, all the required kitchen things are available including glasses , cups and all. Washrooms are bed rooms are very good and well maintained. You have good security , so you stay very peaceful. Vadim & Gulia are very understanding and very good people they are always available to support you in the way they can. They communicate very well. Very Kindhearted people. I am very happy to stay at their place , we had very good- peaceful time. We will surely visit again this property and spend more time.
