Beachfront holiday rentals in Sattahip District

I had an amazing stay at this villa! The pool was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There was also a great barbecue area with all the necessary equipment, which made our evenings even better. We had a blast listening to music and singing karaoke, which was a great addition to our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, making it very convenient. This villa is definitely worth the price – everything was as expected, and even better. The security deposit was fully refunded since we left the place clean and didn’t cause any damage. Whenever I visit Pattaya again, I will definitely rent this villa again! Highly recommended!

Приехали в июне 2015г с женой и внуком(3 человека), говорят в сезон дождей .Дождей практически за 12 дней было 3 раза и то ночью,очень жарко,хотя днем бывало пасмурно но умудрились сгореть (очень осторожно). Константин организовал трансфер из аэропорта .Нас встретили в аэропорту( спасибо водителю и нашему гиду Диме) доставили до места. Константин (хозяин) нас встретил гостеприимно,проводил в дом ,чего не хватало все тут же было . Дом в котором нас поселили был просто замечательным (3 этажа, 3 спальни, все удобства(стиральная машина ) огромный холл,кухня (можно готовить самим или на "Тук-Тук" ездить обедать или ужинать в городе ) Хотя до этого мы бронировали квартиру, для нас это конечно был подарок.Так получилось что квартира была занята,но даже это к лучшему. Квартира тоже очень хорошая ,но гораздо меньше. Очень тихо,море рядом,хороший чистый бассейн . Если едете с ребенком то там ему не будет скучно ,много детей русских, можно отпускать по территории гулять(все охраняется,чужой не пройдет).Экскурсии можно заказать везде в городе (мы обращались к Диме и он нас возил куда захотим, естественно за "баты" ). Все недорого,фрукты на каждом углу.Очень вкусно кормят на рыбном рынке не далеко от коттеджа,3 остановки на "Тук-Тук" Вообщем наверное на следующий год тоже туда и компашкой..

Une aventure authentique sur un ponton familial, un endroit hors du temps, une hôtesse d’une grande gentillesse et d’une grande discrétion. Chong Samaesan village reste un endroit hors du flot touristique. Ce cabanon sur les quais ferait une belle résidence pour écrivain, artiste ou autre chercheur de bout du monde.

We really loved our stay here. So many great things about this condo. The view was great, we appreciated the kitchen with good quality frypan and that it had everything we needed except no toaster or drinking glasses. The condo was extremely clean and there was good communication with the manager. Undercover parking was perfect. We liked to drive to Bang Saray where there’s a great Italian restaurant and a night food market. Also we drove to the resort on either side of the property for a beachfront meal ad it was great! It was lovely to lay by the pool with such a great view. The bed was a bit small and wobbly for us (we are foreigners) but we managed ok. I am glad we took our own pool towels. It was easy to get Lotus grocery delivered and I loved cooking some of our own meals. Grab delivery also easy. Extremely quiet and peaceful with no sleeping in as the light shines in through the front door in the mornings. Amazing that someone met us promptly our requested checkout 6.30am!

ที่พักสวยมาก เหมือนในรูป ทางเข้าค่อนข้างลึกลับนิดหน่อย แต่คุ้มค่าจริงๆค่ะ วิวสวยมากๆ เหมือนในรูปเลย ไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ เพื่อนๆชอบกันทุกคน ในห้องนอนสามารถนอนได้ถึง3คน/ห้อง ห้องทำกิจกรรมโอเคเลยค่ะ อยู่กัน6คนกำลังพอดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีพร้อมมาก ที่ทำป๊อปคอร์นน่ารักมากจริงๆ ห้องพักสะอาดหมดจด ห้องหอมมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำสวยสะอาดน่าเล่น ทางที่พักได้เตรียมน้ำแข็ง ถ่านสำหรับปิ้งย่างให้ด้วย ขอบคุณ Mr.Douglas สำหรับการดูแลที่ดีมากๆค่ะ

Great place in a driving distance from Bangkok, quiet area and cozy calm little beach nearby, nothing like the buzz and chaos of central Pattaya. House was amazing and I will probably return, just finding the place was somewhat difficult and the lady assisting with check in doesn’t speak English, almost zero.

All explanations and guides matched, and it was a comfortable trip with my family.

Villa is located sea front and well maintain. Three bed room actually can fire for 9 pax but recommend max 6 pax is more convenience. Towel & equipment is clean, owner prepare Pop-corn station and 10 bottles of water in refrigerator. Salt swimming pool is very nice. Order food from Klua Samaesar restaurant is very convenient ( Menu at villa ) but wait 45-60 mins. Moo krata and Jim Jum also available, yummy and reasonable price. Overall we love this place and will come back again later.

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

The house was even better than the pictures! The check-in was seamless and assisted by the host’s father. He was very nice and attentive, explaining all the amenities in the house. The check-out was just as easy, and this time it was with the host. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at the Condo 30 days. During all this time it was a quiet location and a very clean place. All the promised items that appear in the website, are indeed exists. The Wi-fi was perfect, the kitchen was well furnished. The Condo staff were great, and all my 5-6 requests were solved by Nikita (The direct manager of my Condo) very quickly and politely. 1 important thing that I can recommend for future guests who intend to be here for more than a week, motorbike is not enough. You should have a car.

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

Excellent stay and the host is very accomodating. Room is clean and well maintained and the facilities of the complex are very good. The property is a short walk to the beach, through the resort.

I hope the house will be empty when I come again. I am happy to be your first guest. You are a very kind host 🥰😍

die poolanlage ist schön und gross. das zimmer war gut nur leider keine tolle Aussicht, aber kommt auf die Lage des Zimmers an.

This is lovely place for a romantic weekend. First of all I will list all the pluses. It has many restaurants of which it is justly proud. The food is wonderful and the breakfasts were some of the best that I have had. The staff speak very good english and were very helpful. The rooms are kept clean and are modern. The Villa is on the beach and is in the centre of many attractions.. Definitely come again. Very nice stay.

真心不错，房子位置极佳，就在芭提雅海滩旁边，比去住旁边的酒店性价比高太多，干净卫生，出行方便，到芭提雅6巷(男生的理想之地)，酒吧街步行街夜市这些地方也非常方便，对了，老板人很好，也很热情，告诉了我很多好吃好玩的地方，估计跟着旅行团或者自由行，都不会体验到那么好吃😋和有趣的地方！总体来说超棒的一次体验！

Наталья is a great host. I did not end up staying at her place for logistical reasons and Наталья was very attentive and kind throughout. I’m sure anyone staying at one of her apartments will be very pleased with her hosting.

It was a great stay and the hosts helped with everything they could and communicated well. A little far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya which ended up being nice and more laid back. Good stay. Mom’s restaurant out front across from Top’s was amazing Thai food and very affordable.
