We had a wonderful stay in this cozy home — perfect for our family! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and incredibly walkable, with everything we needed just steps away. The location truly can’t be beat. Janelle is friendly and easy to get in touch with for any inquires. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend "the cozy hippo" enough. our stay with 10 people, was confortable. we felt very welcome. each room had its own tv, top notch bedding and beds. the attention to detail was well executed, from laundry soap to coffee and tea in the morning. we especially enjoyed the hot tub. I would defently stay again when in saskatoon.

James’ home is beautiful and in a terrific part of Saskatoon. Sadly, we weren’t able to explore as much of the river front as we wanted because of the smoke, but the spacious and well-furnished home made our indoor stay very comfortable! Most notably, we appreciated that James had an air filter in the home - and he even went out of his way to get new filters for us!! The place was beautiful, and great for our family with two small children; we felt very at home. It was super well located to the Wonderhub, and had the weather been more agreeable, I’m sure we would love loved the place even more because of its excellent location. Only minor comments are that the main bed is very soft - for us, we found it uncomfortable, but there were many other sleeping arrangements and mattresses available so we could make it work. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, James!

Great spot. Nice house. Even though it’s on a fairly busy street, it’s dead quiet inside. I’d definitely stay again if I had a big group. My brother and I stayed here with our families for a wedding. 4 adults and 3 toddlers. A great setup for that sort of thing, including walking distance to a nice park.

We used this space to sleep while spending time with a loved one in University Hospital. If you have a vehicle, it’s only 14 minutes to RUH. It a basement suite, so if you plan on sleeping during the day there is some sound from upstairs, but a good spot especially for the price in a great neighborhood

Everything matches the description perfectly! Elena is very nice and always responsive when you message her ever on weekends! Park is phenomenal behind apartment building plus you can see it all during the day!! Beats looking at another building or a high way!! Will definitely be using Elena’s air BnB again!

I had an amazing experience staying at Dominic’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and Dominic was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the balcony and windows with the views. Also, the beds were very comfortable, we had great sleeps all three nights! What a perfect place to stay while visiting Saskatoon! Dougie was kind, warm and friendly and it made for a calm, relaxing stay. The space was not only extremely clean, but super fun and creative - the mural in the bedroom is insanely cool!! Really functional space, lots of spots to work from a laptop, quiet concrete building, bed & pillows were comfortable, parking was easy, appreciated the clear checkin instructions with images. There's also a loading zone out front if you just want to run up and grab the parking fob before bringing everything in. Will stay again - thanks so much!

Besides proving clear instructions, Jon checked in to ensure things were going well - hr was proactive and responsive. The unit was great, as described, and had everything we needed. Also - great proximity to our downtown conference. great location. steps from the river and less than 10m walk to the Remai Art Museum. Bed was comfortable and check in was straightforward.

Michael’s place was amazing. Clean and bright. Loved how close it was to the river and there were tons of restaurants within walking distance. I recommend staying at Michael’s place for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Saskatoon.

We anppreciated our time at Michael’s place. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and the place was very clean, with quality furnishings. There were enough towels and supplies for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking along the river in the evenings. 👍

I had a great stay at Lisa’s loft. The space was super clean, had fantastic natural light (which is rare for this building), and the outdoor area was a real bonus. Lisa was an excellent host—she communicated clearly and respectfully. When a plumber needed access during my stay, she asked ahead of time rather than just informing me, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking to stay in the Riversdale district in Saskatoon, Michael's place is comfortable and convenient. The top-floor apartment is modern, quiet, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, secure underground parking, and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and coffeeshops a short walk away. The river is minutes away, with trails extending through most of downtown. Michael was always available for anything we needed, and graciously provided us a pack-away crib for our toddler at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay at Michael's again in the future.

We stayed for over a month and truly felt at home. The property is located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon, making it convenient to access everything the city has to offer. Debbie was absolutely wonderful—always responsive and proactive in addressing our questions and needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the downtown area.
