Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

We couldn't ask for a better location for our 3 nights stay in Athens with a small baby, right in Plaka and walkable to the Acropolis and other sites. Despoina and Kostas were very friendly and accommodating with a crib for us and quick responses. The property is as described, decorated tastefully and fitted out thoughtfully for a city break. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It’s a lovely large flat with all antique furniture and decorated with fine art, rugs, and decorative items mostly made of silver glass. It was very pleasant to spend the week here and we enjoyed the small balcony off the bedroom that looks out on an internal garden. The apartment doesn’t get much direct sunlight so we needed the lights on during the daytime, but there was plenty of lamps and overhead lighting so it wasnt dark. The bathroom is a large size and it also has a washer and tumble dryer. The down side was that the checkin was time consuming. I had to sign a sign a lease and an inventory of the items present. The inventory was 60+ items long and not all of it was straightforward to identify. Some items on the inventory were missing so I had to contact the host. She said I had been given the old inventory and to cross out the missing items. The inventory also declared everything was in perfect condition which I had to also cross out.

It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.
