The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

The house was really great! The location was perfect – it was just a few minutes away from the subway, ferry and public transport. Transportation to everywhere was incredibly easy. Mosques, historical places and must-see spots were within walking distance. The house was very clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. It felt like home. Everything was thought of; the kitchen had all the necessary ingredients, the beds were comfortable and the general atmosphere was very peaceful. It was really nice to sit by the sea every evening, enjoying the view and the calm. This made the stay very special. The host was also very kind and helpful. He responded quickly to all our questions and we felt very safe. Thank you so much for everything. I would definitely like to come again and recommend it with peace of mind!🫶🏽

We stayed here for a little over a week. The landscape is gorgeous, peaceful and serene. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, especially the living room and dining room. The beds are big and comfortable, and the heating and cooling works great. Zafer was a great host and answered any questions I had, and worked hard to fix any issues. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area, too. Thank you Zafer!

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

As mentioned, the stairs were a bit tiring. But I can't say it was too much. Other than that, the accommodation was very good. It has two wonderful views, one in the morning and one in the evening. It was a house with many places to go for fun in the evenings and a perfect location for a walk by the sea. The host was quick to respond to our questions and helpful. If I were to stay in Istanbul again, it would be my first choice. I would definitely recommend it

Great stay and great communication

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Truly a rare find, pictures doesn't even do the view it has justice. From solo to large families, it is somewhere you can enjoy. I was comfortable even before setting foot into the place, and quite happy with how smooth our communication with Zafer was.

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

We had amazing time here. It was exactly as described. We loved the terrace. We loved the neighbourhood. We liked watching the men fishing and the boats on the golden horn. The apartment is next to a tram station which is short distance to the Hagia Sophia etc. The local restaurants are also very close and good quality. I highly recommend staying here.

Communication with the host was easy. I always got a quick response. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was very close to Istiklal street. It is an ideal location for sightseeing.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.
