The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Ev gerçekten harikaydı! Konumu mükemmeldi – metro, vapur ve toplu taşıma araçlarına sadece birkaç dakika uzaklıktaydı. Her yere ulaşım inanılmaz kolaydı. Camiler, tarihi yerler ve görülmesi gereken noktalar yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ev çok temiz, düzenli ve rahat bir şekilde döşenmişti. Kendimi adeta kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Her şey düşünülmüştü; mutfakta gerekli tüm malzemeler vardı, yataklar rahattı ve genel ortam çok huzur vericiydi. Her akşam deniz kenarında oturmak, manzaranın ve sakinliğin tadını çıkarmak gerçekten çok güzeldi. Bu da konaklamayı çok özel kıldı. Ev sahibi de çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Tüm sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve kendimizi çok güvende hissettik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum!🫶🏽

We stayed here for a little over a week. The landscape is gorgeous, peaceful and serene. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, especially the living room and dining room. The beds are big and comfortable, and the heating and cooling works great. Zafer was a great host and answered any questions I had, and worked hard to fix any issues. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area, too. Thank you Zafer!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung mit dem grandiosen Blick auf den Bosporus und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind großartig! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch in Istanbul!

Bahsedildiği gibi merdivenler biraz yorucuydu. Ama çok aşırı fazlaydı da diyemem. Onun dışında konaklama çok iyiydi. Sabah ve akşam iki ayrı harika manzarası var. Akşamları eğlenmek için gidebileceğiniz birçok mekana ve deniz kenarında yürüyüş yapmak için mükemmel bir lokasyona sahip bir evdi. Ev sahibi sorularımızı hızlı yanıtladı ve yardımcı oldu. This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Thank you for your cleanliness and your hospitality. We are truly grateful to have met such a host. Best Regards

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Truly a rare find, pictures doesn't even do the view it has justice. From solo to large families, it is somewhere you can enjoy. I was comfortable even before setting foot into the place, and quite happy with how smooth our communication with Zafer was.

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

Appartement impeccable, d’une propreté exceptionnelle (table, vaisselle, draps, douche, sol…). À 5 min de la station T5 Fener, pratique pour rejoindre facilement les transports (métros, tramways) et les lieux touristiques : Taksim, Galata, port et pont d’Istanbul, grandes mosquées, bazars, îles des Princes… Accès facile depuis l’aéroport. Quartiers comme Balat et Eminönü sont à 5 min. Calme absolu, terrasse avec vue sur mer et pêcheurs, parfaite pour le matin ou le soir. Supérette, restaurants, banque à 5 min, BIM à 10 min. Furkan est très arrangeant : il nous a remboursé 50 % d’une nuit suite à une erreur et nous a laissé entrer plus tôt. Serviettes, shampoing, thé, épices à disposition. Un séjour parfait !

Ev sahibi ile iletişimimizde problem yaşamadık. Evin lokasyonu birazcık problem oldu başta ama sonrasında alıştık. Kesinlikle geçirdiğimiz 2 güne değdi 👍🏼

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Wir waren echt zufrieden! U-Bahn ist gleich gegenüber und man hat alles in der Nähe. ( Supermarkt, Restaurant, Einkaufszentrum) Alles was wir gebraucht haben, haben wir sofort bekommen.
