Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Sardinia

Our stay at Fabrizio & Jessica’s place is just fabulous!! They are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome. Fabrizio even organized a boat rental for us and gave lots of awesome local recommendations. The apartment is sparkling clean and delicious breakfast is served every morning. You can’t do anything wrong with staying here 🙏🏼 highly recommend!

It was a great stay at Fabio's beautiful, clean and peaceful house. Very close to center but away from noise and crowd. He was very heplful and responsive so i fully suggest this place. thanks!

We had a great stay at Sardinia Blue Residence. The communication in the beginning was not completely smooth. However, they made up for it whenever we arrived. It was great hospitality with lots of tips and helping us in getting the most out of our trip. The location was great with 2 minutes walking from the beach and near to the city and different restaurants. Furthermore we were very happy with the flexible check out.

Chambre d’hôte confortable et joliment décorée, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Petit bémol : la salle de bain se trouve à l’extérieur de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner, de très bonne qualité, est servi chaque matin par Fabrizio et Jessica. Fabrizio est très réactif et partage volontiers ses conseils pour découvrir les meilleurs endroits de La Maddalena.

Incredible place!! The communication was great! I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage until check in but the room was ready when I arrive so I was allowed to check in early. The place is very clean and is in the perfect location with a lot of restaurants and cafes right at the door step. Very safe and secure place, would love to stay here again!!

Ein super nettes kleines B&B. Alles war top sauber und herzlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Lage ist super im Stadtkern mit vielen Restaurants. Alles hat super funktioniert und das Frühstück war sehr gut und herzlich zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le zone della città, anche le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono abbastanza vicine. Struttura pulita.

We loved our stay and the lovely lady that met us was so helpful and friendly We loved the apartment and the hot tub was a real Bonus after long hikes We don’t drive and was able to walk everywhere, it’s a perfect location and right by coach / bus pick up to take you back to Cagliari Clean and tidy with everything you could need

Sergio and his brother are great hosts. They have been very accommodating and helpful at any time. Their hospitality made us feel like home. The apartment is perfectly located for any kind of activity and transportation. The train station is literary 1 min away and very comfortable to travel to the airport. Supermarkets are in very close proximity as well as the entire old party of Calgiari. I can highly recommend Sergio 's apartment for any traveler. The kitchen has everything you need and the bath is a very nice piece of interior design. But most importantly is that Sergio is a great person and host.

The apartment / studio was right as it was advertised; conveniently located, in close proximity of some nice restaurant, kind and very responsive hosts, and a clean apartment with decent beds.

This is a great vacation rental. The apartment is just two years old in a very nice building right on the waterfront. Views are spectacular of the water and coastline. Very nice terrace where you can relax or have a meal. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to the centro storico, but there are restaurants and other amenities like a beach club closer by. The apartment is comfortably furnished. Very modern and clean. There is an elevator and excellent air conditioning and water pressure. Good small kitchen, adequately equipped. Overall this is about as good as it gets. My only suggestions based upon having a vacation beach rental in California would be to have some beach towels for guests, a bit more in the way of shower supplies and some luggage stands to put suitcases on for unpacking and packing. Host is responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay in Villasimius was a great home and very central but sometime kind of hard to find a parking spot…we still had such a great time and will come again!
