The place is beautiful, the beach is AMAZING. Friendly neighbor properties. Easy to get in and out, and easy parking. Has everything you need for a beach house - bring beach towels and beach chairs if you want to take something down into the sand. I didn’t need to - the ocean is close enough, and I usually prefer a lounge on a patio to sand, so it’s perfect for me. Safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly people.

Lovely stay in a historic building! The on site Italian restaurant was the highlight of our dining experience! Food was amazing! I was a little nervous with the building being on the edge of a roundabout but parking was easy and if there was traffic noise I slept through it. Easy trek to Publix and the beach, walkable dog friendly park across the street. Bottle of wine and complimentary coffee were really nice extras. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

My husband and my first time visiting Lido Beach and Casa limonada it was a perfect beach spot very short walk to the beach and mins from all attractions we will be back

I cannot compliment this property enough! I was in a bind with a property that was not up to standard of comfort of cleanliness and Gru got me right into his property! What a breath of fresh air! It was beautifully appointed and included extra amenities that were amazing,….including paddle boards, bikes, and each unit has their own beach Trolley with chairs, and an umbrella to use during the stay. Truly above and beyond! The decor in the room was modern and clean and the common space is a little oasis unto itself! Not to mention that 500 yards away is the beach! I also was granted late checkout, which was hugely helpful given my entire family had left their property and I wasn’t leaving until five. I am forever grateful for making a wonderful weekend even better in this beautiful space! I will be back!! Huge thank you to Gru and Casa Limonada staff! Rebekah

Loved the stay! It was convenient to the beach, great parking, place offers beach chairs and an umbrella with cart to pull it to the beach which is super convenient. Free parking which is amazing as well.

A perfect long weekend at the beach. Steps from the sand and a perfect view from the balcony for coffee and sunset.

Valet service was superb! Every valet attendant that we encountered was clean, professional, and on top of getting our vehicle quickly. However, I must mention three specific attendants to be the upmost professional, and all went out of their way to park our xl- large pickup truck where we had two kayaks strapped in the back. Emma, Brenden and Gage are the main reason we had a standout weekend in Sarasota St Armand area. George and his wife at EVOQ, the 2 ladies up front at 6am in the front desk and coffee shop also went out of their way for us getting us coffee before 6am. The rooftop pool was beautiful, but we didn’t utilize it or the bar as we thought we would due to it being 4 ft deep only & although I didn’t notice ahead when booking, there’s no hottub or bathtub in the room. We are avid kayakers and hikers, so those are important, but my fault for not seeing that on the listing. The bed was soft and the linens are great. We had a beautiful city view and it was gorgeous at night.

This place was very functional. We got there after hours and the instructions were very clear and precise. All went smoothly. Once inside, the place was bigger and better than the pictures make it out to be. The Master/king bedroom's bathroom is very interesting, we loved the creativity!! We met Paige, in the office, the very next morning. She was a delight! Great conversation and great recommendations. Overall experience was peaceful and relaxing (very much needed). Will definitely book again! Same unit too!

I had an exceptional stay and couldn't have asked for more. Having visited numerous Airbnb's, this one stands out as my absolute favorite. The location is ideal, being close to the beach and town, providing ample opportunities for activities. Everything was immaculately clean and peaceful, making me feel right at home. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the freedom to be themselves during our stay. I will undoubtedly return, thank you for welcoming my family to your facility 100% .

We traveled with four and it fit us comfortably. We were able to cook breakfast(decent pans), grill out one night(nice gas grill w/ utensils) Beds were comfortable and each room had a fan. They had just the right amount of supplies. The things you just do not want to pick up at grocery store. (paper towel, soaps, and coffee.) The property was peaceful and the pool was nice to have when wrapping up afternoon. Bike were clutch to swing down to ocean for a suns set. (about 5 blocks or so). Venice has all the restaurants and stores you need about 10 min or less from Villa. Great trip.

We had a very nice stay. Location and room were just perfect for us. We used to live in Venice so we knew the area as far as where restaurants, shops and beach locations were. Weather was perfect. Pool is very clean. Great air conditioner in the room which was easy to control especially when you are out in the hot sun! We would definitely return to the villas in the future.

All of the hotel staff from the front of house to the manager to the cleaning services and maintence man were all so friendly!! I really loved the room and the place!! Everything was great, I was there for work to hope to make the HH next time! Everyone was having a good time there! Thank you so much for having me and my pups we had a lovely stay!!!! Bed was so comfortable along with the pillows!!! I didn’t even use my own!! Thank you so much!! Looking forward to our next day!!

Great location within walking distance to the best restaurants in downtown Sarasota. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar and pool area.

Everything was as described; the host very responsive and caring. Walking to the beach was a big plus. Lots of place and restaurants around and some at walking distance walking. Very safe place to walk around and relax your mind. I definitely recommend this place.

The resort is beautiful and located very close to the beach and area restaurants. It felt very private. We enjoyed the patio each morning and evening. The room was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

This space was gorgeous! A very easy walk to the beach in one direction and to many restaurants in the other. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. All folk staying in the community were incredibly friendly!
