This place was lovely, quiet and host is amazing

If you are thinking about visiting Chiang Mai, definitely book at room at the Villa Pattranid. It used to be the Russian Ballet School, a beautiful colonial style building. Everything is brand new and super clean, the entire place is newly refurbished. Lovely saltwater pool, relaxing atmosphere and the nicest people you can imagine as landlords & managers. You'll love it here. Great internet, lots of fantastic restaurants, all right along the river Ping.

The place was absolutely perfect and the building was very well kept. Easy access and walking distance from the massage school, Kad manee food market and old town. I would stay here again when I’m in Chiang Mai. I love this neighborhood and the host was great!

The location is a little south, but the place is so nice that I'm going to stay for a month. The owner is also very kind!

Brand new apartment, very clean and tidy, the neighborhood is fully equipped, the host is very nice, will take us to visit the neighborhood and explain how to use the room card to the gym and the electrical appliances in the room.I'll choose this place next time I get a chance.

I had a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a nice chill place to stay. The only thing that would be a complaint is that there isnt any desk to use a computer, otherwise amazing! Pinpuk is extremely helpful too.

This was the perfect place for a long stay. The wifi was great and I was able to work smoothly everyday. Gary responded quickly to any questions I had and was super helpful. They also provide everything you need in terms of house supplies which is great. It’s the perfect peaceful place to stay. Everything you need is in a short walking distance and the more touristy areas are only a 10 drive away.

I stayed in condos all across Chiang Mai and this one was the best, for location. A sense of community with other residents. A nice mix of farang and Thai, with plenty of delicious places to eat on the area too. I’ll definitely be back. 🙏🏻

The 3 floor penthouse was an amazing stay with 2 beautiful balconies to over look to the city on.

We had a comfortable stay in Hanyu’s place. Hanyu was very responsive whenever we have queries.

Spacious room, good location, quick everywhere to go

The condo is a bit old, but gets a very spacious room at this price of the utensils. The condition is quite old. I would like it to be renovated and cleaned better.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

I had a nice 1 week stay here. The apartment is well-equipped and is maintained in a perfect condition. Everything is modern and well-thought. It is located in the far end of the building, so no traffic noise and no neighbors from the sides. Only sometimes I've heard humming of the neighbor's air conditioner from the other floor and church bells from afar, but this didn't cause any discomfort. Arthit is very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with, truly a superhost. I've arrived at 11 AM and was able to check-in this early. Didn't need to wait. This will be the first option to stay on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

The accommodation was very good, it perfectly matched the descriptions of the listing and my expectations. The location is very good with restaurants and other things all around. I highly recommend it!
