House holiday rentals in São Miguel do Gostoso

We had a wonderful reception. Jéssika was very solicitous, polite and helpful. The house is extremely equipped and has far beyond what the description shows. We found everything clean and organized. We had a problem with the water from the upstairs showers, but that didn't change our experience and comfort at all. We felt at home and we'll be back for sure.

Everything was great, new and tidy house, beach view, close to downtown street. I recommend it and would return.

We spent a few days accommodated in this comfortable house. We had a great experience. Both Elías and "Galego" were very attentive and helpful, always answering questions quickly and providing tips for better use of the stay. The house is impeccable in terms of utensils, furniture and cleanliness. The pool is always clean and the layout is a PLUS to enjoy with the family. Gratitude for the excellent opportunity. Finally, a 1000 for the stay.

Wonderful stay! It left nothing to be desired, wonderful space,everything clean and organized. The house has everything in the kitchen. Pertinho do centro,mercadinho,and etc.

What we most loved about our stay was Risia's kindness and communication. The house is amazing, very spacious, airy, bedrooms and large bathrooms. It has basic items and is very well taken care of. Risia always answered us at the time, answering questions, guiding and making himself available. It was a great experience!

We love the house, very clean with everything you need for a stay. The host is super attentive , always responds when requested, the location is strategic to go on foot to xepa street, there is market and pharmacy nearby. Anyway, we love and recommend it.

Amazing stay and very proactive and friendly host. Amenities were thoroughly thought out: the AC worked really well, there's a barbecuing place outside, the kitchen had all the necessary basics, they had a lot of water which is frequently a bit of a hassle in Brazil (since tap water isn't safe to drink), the wifi worked really well and there were a couple neat hammocks for use outside. There's a gym right next to the house that you can pay by the day (~30BRL). It's a 3 minute drive to Kauli Seadi's kitecenter which I consider to be the best kite center in the region. 5 minute drive to Rua da Xepa for restaurants. Definitely recommended!

Anielle was very kind and attentive. The house is great, spacious (I recommend taking a hammock to relax on the terrace, which is well ventilated), everything was clean, electric showers with good water flow, air conditioning working, the pool is a delight. The condominium is safe and quiet, everyone liked it very much, including my dogs! =)

Fab stay- further from beach than expected but still very walk-able. Limited kitchen facilities for longer term stay but as expected and detailed. Lovely friendly hosts.

The house is perfect, lots of utensils, delicious green area, fantastic space. The bed is very nice, I haven't slept so well in a while. Sua Adenio and the couple who help him, are wonderful people and are always on standby for everything. For those who work remotely, the Internet is fantastic and working looking at that garden of a feeling of quiet, super relaxing. Although it has air conditioning, I did not feel the need to connect any day, the house is suuuuper ventilated. Quiet Neighborhood, the only noise you will hear is that of the refreshing wind of São Miguel. For those who are not by car, it is possible to walk to the center without problems, it is not a suburban walk, but it is also nothing from another world. Here, the only problem you're going to have is not wanting to leave anymore. In 10 months on the road, as a digital nomad, this was definitely the best home I've ever been to. I want to return soon to São Miguel and I will definitely look for your Adenio!

The house is perfect and is in the Vila Isabel condominium, which is made up of single family homes, all brothers who live or go on vacation there. All are very nice, helpful and help a lot with tips on what to do, where to go, where to buy, etc. Thomaz and his mother Ângela were very helpful, friendly and always answered quickly to any questions. The house is even better than in the photos, as it is a new construction, with great structure, 4 suites with air conditioning and one more bedroom with balcony and hammocks, all very well taken care and in front of the swimming pool of the condominium, which is very good for children to play after a sea bath, which is just in front of the condominium. Incidentally, the condominium has the best location of São Miguel do Gostoso, just off the lake of Rua da Xêpa, where the main restaurants on the beach are very busy at night and great for strolling with family or enjoying with friends. São Miguel do Gostoso and the Vila Isabel condominium are all good!!

Very good house, better than in the photos, is a few meters from the beach, next to a bakery and very close to a market. The negatives, but which do not affect at all were: not having parking and the barbecue shower only works with the water pump on, but this was already in the ad and as I said, the house surprised positively in all aspects.

The house of Mayra is excellent,very well-equipped, spacious, airy, comfortable beds with all utensils for a wonderful stay, the city and beautiful residents very receptive, polite, always available to help, the beach and beautiful, it is even better to rent a quadricycle,as it has a very large sand strip. I mean the house of Mayara and wonderful, perfect place to practice the family and rest, I highly recommend

The house is perfectly as advertised, we went in a large group, so everyone fit perfectly in the bedrooms. São Miguel is an amazing beach, it is very worth knowing. Jorge has served us very well. I recommend the place for big families.

Our stay with Juliane was great, it had everything that was advertised and she even had water in the courtesy minibar as well as sealed soap. It met our needs, I my family were on a tour of Brazil and our stop in São Miguel was all good with our hostess.

The house is perfect! Comfortable rooms, great location, close to Xepa street and with markets nearby. Jicélia and her family were exemplary hosts, always attentive and concerned with making sure everything was perfect. Miguel, Jicélia's husband, was amazing: he offered to pick up one of the guests who arrived in São Miguel do Gostoso by bus, prepared coffee and showed a lot of attention and care. Of course, we intend to return as soon as possible!

Venue airy, close to the beaches and restaurants. We arrive at the time of the carnival and the local culture is persistent! A great place to rest and like with family, everyone needs to know São Miguel do Tasty and recommend my friend's space. Congrats on making hosting better 🎖️

Our stay was excellent! Very nice place, ventilated, great pool, clean, tidy and good location.

Well located and very close to Maceió beach. The host is a great person and help with tips and quick to respond. The house has all the kitchen utensils and is quite comfortable, it was a wonderful experience the stay.

We spend excellent days in the house. They have air conditioning in all 4 suites, and even in the living room/kitchen, essential for the city of São Miguel which, because it is quite hot there are mosquitoes. But the whole air-conditioned structure of the house makes this aspect of the city not a problem for what is in the house. We all liked it too much and would definitely come back. Daniel was also attentive to the time of entry and exit, meeting all our demands, and always responded quickly at whats. All note 10!

The Emir was super attentive from check-in to checkout, made available to help and indicate places along with Barbara, impeccable stay, private environment, comfortable beds and super clean toilets. In the heat take an extra fan because on more drowned days the ceiling alone is not enough and always leave the doors of the room ajar to circulate wind. The house is super safe and we did not have problems with mosquitoes or other insects even though we have a lot of plant in the accommodation. Super recommend and would come back again and again.

The accommodation is very nice and complete. I only missed blankets and pillows, but everything else is possible to find in the house. There are many bathrooms (which is great for large groups) and all were impeccable, as well as the rest of the house (all very clean). The location is different from the one on Airbnb and is approximately 900m from the beach, anyway you can walk. Emily always responded quickly and was very flexible with the checkout. The space met the expectations and needs of my family well. I highly recommend and intend to come back!

The house is simply wonderful, close to everything, a very quiet and safe place. Marcela and her mother are very thoughtful. The house is perfect for those who want privacy, comfort and tranquility. The pool seemed to be warm, I loved it!
