Appartement magnifique, très bien équipé. La cuisine dispose de vaisselle suffisante et en bon état d’une cafetière avec capsules à disposition et des épices pour cuisiner. Le linge de maison et de toilette sont également fournis. Il y a également un lave linge. Très appréciable une place de parking réservée. Claudia Luisa a de petites attentions comme nous déposer des fraises du jardin. Elle est très réactive aux messages et ses explications sont claires y compris dans le logement. Et enfin cette vue magnifique depuis le salon et la petite terrasse où nous avons assisté à une partie du feu d’artifice de Funchal. Situation idéale pour visiter l’île. Câmara de Lobos est agréable le soir pour manger sur une terrasse et écouter de la musique.

Parfait ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de David ! Bien situé, sur les hauteurs de Funchal, nous avons pu faire le tour de l’île sans problème ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement !

Uma excelente opção para quem quer passar uns dias relaxantes na madeira. Uma casinha típica, com todas as comodidades. A zona em que se insere é conveniente para quem quer explorar a ilha (de carro), e é particularmente soalheira. Vistas maravilhosas. Uma das maiores vantagens é a disponibilização de estacionamento. Os hóspedes foram solícitos e agradáveis. Nada a apontar :)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. José war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über die frischen Eier und das Gemüse haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und Sofia & José haben sich gut um uns gekümmert und waren bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Es ist ein schöner, sehr ruhiger Teil der Insel und man kann gut entspannen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, aber es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus.

Staying at this place was like a dream - the house itself as well as the location is beautiful, all the greenery and „wilderness” was exactly what we needed during our vacation. Believe me when I say that the place is even more stunning than in the pictures! The hosts - João and Olivia were so lovely, and their son - Francisco was also really helpful and nicely explained us the way to the house :) Olivia greeted us and showed us around and also prepared a welcome gift for us with a lot of the local and homemade snacks, fruit and drinks! You can also purchase a lot of them in their friendly market at their house (as well as some hand crafted stuff - I purchased a keyring that is honestly my favorite souvenir from the trip). We also recommend visiting the Levada that is nearby (3 minute walk from the house)! Thank you so much João, Olivia & Francisco for being so wonderful and helpful - the experience of staying in Casa d’Olivia was everything we could ever wish for ❤️

Ce logement a toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable. La vue prenante de la mer du 7e étage est appréciée. Cela en fait un atout très intéressant. Prendre l'apéro sur la balcon est un plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu trop de problème pour le stationnement de la voiture, mais nous étions de retour avant 16h00. La disponibilité des places est limitée après 15h30 et les alternatives de stationnement dans les rues sont assez loin et contraignantes (frais jusqu'à 20h00). Il n'est plus possible de se garer dans la rue du complexe, il faut aller à plus de 300 m ou utiliser un parking public payant à 100 m. Sur 5 jours, nous n'avons eu à se garer dans la rue qu'une seule fois. Le lit est confortable. Il est très agréable de dormir avec le bruit lointain des vagues. Les résidents du complexes sont silencieux et respectueux. Bref, nous avons eu une excellente expérience et nous conseillons ce logement pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Funchal.

Wir haben uns bei Manny wirklich super wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr zentral gelegen – ideal, um Funchal zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Manny war hervorragend, er war immer erreichbar, hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Wirklich top – so wünscht man sich einen Gastgeber! Wenn wir wieder nach Madeira kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hier wohnen. Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

My husband and myself had a wonderful 7-day stay at these apartments and couldn’t be more pleased! The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained, with tasteful furnishings that made it feel like home. It was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a convenient and cozy stay. The location is fantastic — surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. Daniela was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to help and made sure we were comfortable from the start. We would definitely recommend this place.

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour à Madère et à Funchal ! L’appartement de José est parfaitement situé pour découvrir la ville et les environs. Très confortable et bien équipé, il a été un point de départ idéal pour nos aventures. Le stationnement pour notre voiture était très pratique, et l’arrêt d’autobus juste à côté nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement lorsque nous n’utilisions pas la voiture. Un grand merci à José pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions, comme le vin et les fruits offerts à notre arrivée, cela a vraiment ajouté une belle touche de convivialité à notre séjour. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation !

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a great patio. Tons of wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. Paulo was a very friendly host and even delivered fresh bread every morning!

We had a lovely stay in Funchal and this flat was the perfect base. We had everything we needed and it was very quiet at night. The balcony gave a lovely view of Funchal, especially at night. The walk into the city was easy and getting in and out was by keypad, which seems to be standard in the area. We had an issue one morning with locking up and rang the number given for support. Problem resolved 10 minutes later! We would definitely stay again if back in Madeira. Thank you!!

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

Enjoyable stay. Clean and had all that we needed. Nice balcony to sit on with good view. Comfy bed. Communicative and friendly cohost! Overall great stay, would recommend. It is ‘first come first serve’ parking however we never had an issue finding a spot at many times of the day.

Der Check-inn hat gut geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung empfehlen. Parkplatz war vorhanden im Hof, ansonsten wäre es schlecht gewesen einen Parkplatz zu finden. Neben dem Eingang war ein kleiner Laden, auch ideal. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, sent us many local restaurant recommendations, very responsive. Totally recommend booking this place on your next trip!

Can’t recommend enough. Clean, fantastic space, great location. Marina really helpful and always responsive. Well equipped kitchen with everything for meals in but equally a 10 minute drive into Funchal. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the location means everything is easily accessible. Supermarket across the road. We didn’t hire a car because the location was so great.
