Holiday rentals with a hot tub in São Martinho

Lohnt sich auf jedenfall. Das Bett war leider nicht ganz sauber und die Putzfrau hat quasi erst beim Check in das Haus verlassen. Sonst aber alles sehr gut. Schlafzimmerbalkontür schließt nicht richtig( erst links zusziehen und dann rechts) der Grill funktioniert nur so mäßig weil er keine zuluft hat, aber das sind schon wirklich luxusprobleme. Der Aufenthalt war Mega schön und das Haus ist den Preis locker wert. Vor allem auf 4 bis 6 Leute aufgeteilt. Umgebung ist allerdings recht laut weil die Autobahn in der Nähe ist und ab morgens viele lkws und Busse direkt am Haus vorbeifahren.

Logement très bien décoré correspondant aux photos. Les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs et bienveillants. Si vous avez une remarque vous pouvez être sur qu’ils feront tout leur possible pour solutionner cela. Petit bémol sur le chenil qui se trouve certainement de l’autre côté de la vallée car les chiens aboient. Mais cela reste ponctuels environ 3-4 fois par jour pendant 10min, ce n’est pas continue (à l’heure du nourrissage ?). Il y a aussi beaucoup de bêtes qui viennent chaque jours (mille pattes et on a eu quelques cafards). L’appartement était cependant très propre quand on est arrivé. Je pense qu’ils s’introduisent car il y a un espaces entre les portes et le sol. Un joint pourrait peut être aider. Mais cela reste facile à mettre dehors avec une raclette et c’est la campagne c’est compréhensible. Hormis ces petits bémols nous avons adoré notre hébergement et le recommandons d’où le 5 étoiles !

Wir waren für 9 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Johnny und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Johnny ist ein toller Host, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Sonnenschirm und unsere Sonnenliege sind kaputt gegangen, am nächsten Tag hat Johnny uns schon neue gebracht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß. Es gibt Lagebericht kleine Tierchen, die aber mit regelmäßigem saugen kein großes Problem darstellen. Die Aussicht ist top und das Grundstück sehr sicher.

Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick - wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt :) Tipp: die Straße zum Haus von oben anfahren, da diese sehr steil und eng ist - der Parkplatz ist nichts für große Autos😉

Beste Ferien. Das Haus hat einen großen, gepflegten, entzückenden Garten, liegt am Hang und ist von außen uneinsehbar, obwohl es mitten in Monte liegt, wenige Gehminuten von allen dortigen Highlights entfernt. Nicht zu empfehlen für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, aber für alle anderen perfekt. Eine zauberhafte Oase mitten in der Stadt.

Carlos ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön mit allen Ausstattungen, welche einem das Gefühl geben zu Hause zusein und gleichzeitig im Urlaub. Die Lage ist sehr gut um im Norden der Insel alle Unternehmungen gut zu erreichen. Eine ruhige Lage mit Sicht auf das Meer mit sehr schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch in Carlos seiner Unterkunft.

The place was super clean and had a great view from the terrace and balconies from the bedrooms! We were 5 people and we had a lot of space to be around the house. Great for families! Andreia was super nice with us, gave clear instructions and some tips of things to do in Madeira. For this house I highly regiment to have a car, otherwise can be a bit tricky to go somewhere. The closest village is ribeira brava which is good to do groceries or restaurants etc by car. Overall we had great time in Madeira!

We had an amazing time at this accommodation in Paul do Mar! The house was absolutely fantastic and had everything you could possibly need — from an iron, ironing board, and washing machine to a hairdryer and more. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the barbecue. The little terrace upstairs was perfect for relaxing, and you can enjoy the sun there until after 6 PM! The house was spotless and ideally located. Paul do Mar is peaceful but still close to everything you might need, especially if you have a rental car. The host, Ângelo, was very flexible and always reachable via Whtapp , which made everything super easy. We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!

Property matched the description, the balcony with its ocean view and hot tub was the highlight. Pedro was very responsive. Close proximity to the city centre via taxi or a downhill walk and there is also a bus stop next door. We had a great stay!

Wir haben hier eine super Woche verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthaltes war super. Der frühere Check in aufgrund früher Ankunftszeit war spitze und ein Pluspunkt. Top Empfang durch die Gastgeberin an der Unterkunft. Es wurde alles erklärt und Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkauf, Restaurants, Wanderungen etc.) gegeben. Super lieb waren die Eier und das Obst aus eigenem Garten zur Begrüßung. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Whirlpool: Top zum relaxen nach dem wandern. Die komplette Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es sind jede Menge Handtücher und auch eigene Poolhandtücher vorhanden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht: Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Reinigungsmittel, Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee etc. Alles da um den Urlaub sofort zu genießen. Einzigst den Grill haben wir nicht wirklich ans laufen bekommen. Die Lage ist außerhalb und super ruhig auf dem Berg. Mietwagen ist Pflicht. Eine klare Empfehlung!!!!!

Leonel’s home was beautiful and exactly as pictures. Leonel met us at the property and shared lots about the area and had wonderful recommendations. The house had lots of space for 2 or a family and it is very close to lots of beautiful activities. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay. As other reviews noted, the drive entrance can be a little challenging, but it’s well worth it for the unit. My only suggestion would be to update the listing to note that the pool/jacuzzi are not heated. The host communication was great and they advised that it could be heated for 25 euro/day and it would take almost a full day to heat. We might have reconsidered booking here if this was noted as we were looking forward to a heated jacuzzi. Otherwise, this was a fantastic stay and I highly recommended. Location is great, very clean and modern comfortable furnishings. A+

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Madeira—far beyond my expectations! The view was absolutely breathtaking, even better than the pictures. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very homely. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive both before and during my stay. The location is perfect—close to the airport and offering a stunning view over the city. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Très belle villa neuve dans un quartier calme, bien conçue, spacieuse et bien décorée, avec une superbe vue, piscine et jacuzzi). Le contact avant et pendant le séjour était très bon, et l'hôte réactif via des échanges par messagerie téléphonique même pour des questions de dernière minute (comme un conseil de restaurant). Nous avons pu donner notre heure d'arrivée et quelqu'un était présent pour tout nous expliquer clairement (en anglais) et nous présenter le logement. Un panier bien garni de produits est offert à l'arrivée. Tout était propre et bien rangé, les chambres ont chacune leur dressing et salle de douche, la buanderie est tout équipée pour faire lessive et ménage si nécessaire (avec produit de lessive) et la cuisine aussi avec de nombreux accessoires et vaissellerie, ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle (avec du produit). Un guide explique le fonctionnement des appareils (qui ne sont pas forcément simples à comprendre sinon). Donc un très bon et beau lieu pour un séjour en famille !
