Beach house holiday rentals in São Luís

Pleasant place with easy access, close to bars and restaurants. Not to mention that it is located in the best region of São Luís, the hosts are super polite, helpful and anticipatory, I have already stayed 2x and had no problems, I can only thank them!

The house is very good and cozy. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach morning, afternoon and evening ! José served us very well and was a good host , we will definitely be back.

If you think about visiting São Luís, I have no doubt that this house is the best option. It's even hard to describe the feeling of peace, privacy, and the beauty of the place. It exceeded expectations and I'm thinking about coming back. Perfect for group travel. Host Nagib and Lilian welcomed us wonderfully and made us feel at home.

My family and I had a great weekend stay. The cozy house, a safe and pleasant local neighborhood ideal for family to stay with tranquility, very close to the beach and to good restaurants. The house was as in the pictures and description. Clean and well-kept, the furniture was comfortable and functional. Mr. Nonato was an excellent host, helpful and met all our needs and always responded to us quickly. I will definitely return to other opportunities with my family.

The house is facing the beach, with a lot of privacy, for those who want peace and quiet. The township that received us was Luiz, owner of the house, who was very requested. The house has a barbecue, a good refrigerator, a suite with air conditioning, internet, balcony and basic utensils. Luiz is still making some improvements to the house, such as the installation of the water tank. I believe it will get even better. Nearby, there are only two restaurant and beach houses. Then it is necessary to take everything you need. The place is safe. The road to the beach is not in good condition, but carefully, it is possible to arrive quietly. Definitely, it's a special adventure on the island that's worth knowing! Everything is surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes.

Danilo is a 10. Very helpful and attentive, plus great tips for any need during your stay. The house is excellent, spacious and well ventilated. We also hire and approve the breakfast and breakfast service offered by Danilo's wife. Everything is perfect.

A nice house in a nice and quiet little town! Green area around, close to both the beach (but we didn't get to go) and the Center, with food and tour options. Highlight for kitchen utensils, complete and with new pots :)) Check-in and check-out done by Eliane and her husband, very friendly and quick to respond, as well as Fabiano. We feel safe and relaxed, we intend to return!!

Josefa is a very special person. we had an immediate connection. Me and my daughter were well received MT and became a family. His granddaughter is a love and soon made friends with us. super recommend the accommodation and already have a fixed point when you go to São Luís.

We love our experience at Panaquatira Beach, very nice, calm, quiet. Daniele is a great host, she welcomed us very well and always answered our questions. Its apt is very well planned, all very well organized and many items available for guests. My family liked it a lot and I tbm, recommend!

Mari is a sweet, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even beyond so that we could have a good stay. The property is identical to the advertised photos, very cozy and comfortable and all well clean and organized (even smelling was!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little bit of patience did not circumvent. The location with respect to the sea is perfect, literally pe on the sand; now with respect to the trendiest part of the island and the center is a little distant. We wanted rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is super comfortable, spacious, airy, has the necessary items for a great stay. The bathrooms are large, good showers and all clean. The most amazing part of the house is the outdoor area and the sea view. The atmosphere is super quiet and we still had the support of the housekeeper, Mr., Carlos, who helped in everything and even so, always left us at will. The place is simply perfect for accommodating large groups and is super quiet to have access to other sites, such as the historic center of São luís and its beaches. You can rent that is worth the experience. Another positive point are the air conditioners , they all work perfectly and this generates extra comfort. The kitchen is also well equipped and there were enough dishes.

We love our stay. For those who want quiet will choose the right place. Organized, clean and cosy as well as the host. Therefore, I thank you for your attention and kindness. As soon as I can, I make it a point to return.
