Holiday rentals with a patio in São José dos Pinhais

Great location right in the civic center, just steps away from the main passeio público park. The apartment is in a comfortable building with parking, which is super convenient. The neighborhood is great as a base to explore the whole city. The place is well equipped and had everything we needed, and the bed was impressively comfortable, guaranteed great rest.

Good morning, I'm from Rio Grande do Sul and I spent a week in the apartment for tourism. I'm so grateful to have found this apartment, literally close to everything, both food and tourism. I loved it, I'll become a customer, I don't intend to stay anywhere else when I come to PR. Congratulations to the couple for the hospitality and the excellent deal!

Our stay was wonderful, although short. The AP is really very well located, and very well planned. Rodrigo facilitated our early check-in, which was of great value to us. The building's employees are very helpful and we were able to leave our vehicle in the rotating spaces without any problems. The AP provides everything you need for a quiet stay, everything is very clean and organized. We'll be back for sure!

A very dear and attentive host, the communication with her was very easy, always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding the check in, we literally had no problem. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still can be a quiet place to get to and walk there.

The place is simple, but it serves the stay well for the price paid. The neighborhood is further away from the center, but with a bakery less than 100 meters away and a restaurant with lunch for R$ 20.00, 50 meters from the house. In addition, a few blocks from the house, the neighborhood has good shopping with some restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies and other stores.

We spent very pleasant days in Curitiba, and Karine and Fernando's house was one of the highlights of the trip. Super comfortable and equipped, in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to other parts of the city. We traveled as a group of three, and everyone was very comfortable and accommodated. Karine and Fernando are very kind, attentive and helpful hosts, they respond quickly to any message. The house decoration is very tasteful, we felt very comfortable. It was a pleasure to enjoy a few days of rest and leisure in this cozy space.

We loved the place, my daughter already wanted to live there. The house was great, we really felt at home, and the condominium space is amazing, almost a park inside the condominium.

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

Second time I stayed in Zenaide's apartment and everything was impeccable, just like the first time. She is always kind, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the people who stay at the entrance are sweethearts.
