We loved the place, my daughter already wanted to live there. The house was great, we really felt at home, and the condominium space is amazing, almost a park inside the condominium.

Ótima Estádia. Excellent neighborhood, safe and with many restaurants. Cozy accommodation, the same as described in the listing. Hosts were kind and responded quickly every time.

I have stayed many times in this studio and I super recommend it. Very well decorated, the bed is comfortable, extremely clean. The location is perfect. And the communication with Rosemary is top.

The ad apartment was in trouble and had to undergo renovation, but Fabíola got another amazing apartment for my stay. Even with unforeseen events she did not leave me in my hand, helped me in the accommodation in the other ap and was very courteous. Because of this 5 stars, I recommend!

First of all, Fernando and Roseli were impeccable. Super helpful, polite and willing to help us with any questions. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and in the description. Everything was clean and organized to welcome us. The place is cozy, quiet, well located and made us feel safe. We managed to do several things on foot.

Julian's apartment was impeccable, very clean and organized. Julian is very polite and responds quickly, the building staff are very friendly. The building's surroundings are also excellent, with markets, pharmacies, a park and shopping nearby.

Comfortable environment, I felt at home, the host was always updating me on everything about the place, it was exactly like the photos, extremely comfortable place, I would definitely stay in the same place when I went to Curitiba.

the apartment is charming, it has everything that is essential for a quiet and comfortable stay. we had great nights of sleep because it is extremely quiet. the region is perfect. great for walking around the tangua park. we went to a festival in the quarry and didn't need to go or come back by uber, the path is quiet and doesn't take more than 15 minutes on foot. it's worth it!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the place. The building is very well located, with great parking spaces and easy access. Both check-in and check-out were very quiet. The apartment itself has a magnificent view, and is very comfortable, cozy and well equipped.

My stay at Carla's apartment was great! The apartment is beautiful, super well decorated and very central — with several good restaurants and bars just a few steps away. I was impressed with the care Carla took with every detail: a basket with bathroom items, the kitchen fully equipped and with groceries already done, in addition to everything being impeccably clean and organized. Communication with Carla was also excellent — always very attentive, kind and quick to respond. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

It was wonderful to stay with Luciana in her apartment, good for those who work from home office because there is practically everything next to or very close by.

Great apartment in a convenient location within walking distance of grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops! Enough space for our family of 4 during a 7-night stay. Ana was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean and the building amenities were beautiful with reserved parking spaces in the garage below, which made us feel very safe at all hours. We would definitely stay there again!
