Very nice, clean and tidy house

Great place to spend a few days with friends or to arrange parties. It has a really beautiful garden, big swimming pool, bbq and pizza oven.

Stay was great! Very attentive host and home exactly as advertised. Quality mattresses, pillows and bedding! The site is in one of the most beautiful parts of the dam and away from the mess! Place to rest with the family. Highlight for helper that was a note 10!

Everything was perfect, the check-in was quick, the house was impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen is complete, we even managed to make cheese bread because there was an air fryer. My dog loved it, ran, played. A totally private place, a delight!

The stay at the residence of Vivian and Giuliano was impeccable!!! Extremely cordial, kind and helpful! The house is wonderful, comfortable, well-equipped, functional, great bathrooms, everything clean and organized, ideal for rest, with an impressive view! It was sensational!! Amazing view, spectacular! The house is spacious and well equipped! It is approximately 4 km of dirt road to the house, road with a lot of accommodation, the host has a car on the property to make this route and use this amenity is totally recommended. Go prepared with supplies and everything you might need as going to the supermarket is not an easy option The caretaker lives in another house within the property and is always available for anything they may need We count on the help of an employee (for an additional cost) to help with the housework, this amenity was great. The stay at Rodrigo's place was exceptional! From the reception with coffee, bread and cake, to the impeccable cleanliness and organization of the environment. The house offers soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels and mineral water, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with quality utensils. The rooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning, and the common areas have fans and various entertainment options. We traveled with two medium-sized dogs who felt at home; although the Jacuzzi was off-limits for them, we brought a mini pool so they could have fun. My parents were delighted with everything! Check-in and check-out were flexible, and the care with which the house is maintained, especially by the person responsible for cleaning, is evident. Sanmya and Rodrigo are exceptional hosts. I recommend this accommodation; it's worth every penny. The listing description does not do justice to the excellence of the accommodation. The amount charged is more than fair for the experience.

Beautiful place, with lots of vegetation and an amazing space! The house is super equipped, very clean and cozy. Ivete was extremely attentive and always responded quickly. We were greeted with great affection by Cilene and Jefferson — she is a very helpful and dedicated person. We went as a family, with the elderly and children, and they all enjoyed a lot! The air-conditioned pool was the highlight of the fun. Without a doubt, we will return more often!

The Chácara is amazing, super-equipped and all very well cared for and beautiful. Everything very clean and organized, impeccable gardening, equipped kitchens, large rooms. The host welcomed us very well, always willing to help us. We had a great time, with a bath in the dam. It was a wonderful fds.

We spent a very delicious weekend, a quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is very complete, we do not miss anything, the homemade Tiago extremely helpful and helped us a lot. Augusto also very kind, easy to communicate, surprised us with the delivery of a cake for the afternoon coffee, small gestures make a lot of difference.

We rented Chácara das Flores in a group of friends. We had a really nice fds. The farm is more beautiful than it looks in photos. Faby is very friendly and responds to all messages very quickly. The children had a lot of fun fishing in the river and also in a very cute space (Kids area) that the house has. We all had a lot of fun and had incredible moments in this place. We'll be back for sure.

i and my family like it very much, we rent jestki to walk in the dam, but access to the pier is not easy, but we enjoy it a lot, we peel, the children like the pool and the toys available. The view is beautiful and relaxing. The house is comfortable and equipped. The time of the checkout is the great time was to rest and wait for the traffic to pass to be able to leave. We'd be back for sure ☀️❤️

We went last minute and still everything was perfect. All as described, very large place, accommodated everyone very well. We love the site and will return again if possible!!

I loved the stay at the place. Maria Olímpia welcomed us very warmly. The interior of the house is very comfortable and extremely clean. The outdoor area exceeded my expectations with a fire pit, barbecue and wood stove where we can have a family party. In the back, the space near the river has a very good deck, great for enjoying the landscape and we managed to catch some fish. Very large pool area, with space for fun for both children and adults. The place has many trees at the entrance, providing very pleasant moments.

I spent incredible days, along with family and friends, the super pleasant place, very welcoming and cozy. Sr Henrique was super cordial, he has wonderful homemakers, we had more contact with Mrs. Eliane who was always wonderful very attentive. As for the space is the same described if it is not better, very beautiful the surroundings, being able to make a fire was amazing for adults and children. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Perfect place to rest in the midst of nature. More beautiful than in the photos, we saw several different birds, a huge peace. I felt at home, high-quality bed linen and towels, and it was super safe. I recommend and intend to return.

The location is excellent, very close to the center of Guararema, which makes it easy to access everything. During our accommodation, the pool space was under renovation, which ended up being slightly below our expectations, since we were not previously informed. In addition, the pool table needs maintenance, as well as other hotspots of the farm that could undergo some repairs. On the other hand, the highlights are on account of the two lakes, which are truly charming especially the largest, where there is a great variety of fish. An environment that conveys tranquility and beauty. And of course, I can't help but mention Flávio, which is extremely welcoming and always willing to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

The outer space is amazing. Industrial kitchen with several sinks, well-equipped, 2 well located grills. The houses with bathrooms that cater well to a large number of people. Just the smell of paint in one of the houses and one of the still dirty barbecues are small spots to watch out for. But I super recommend the stay.

The house is well located, in the house there is a couple of homemakers but if you have privacy the homemakers are gentle. the property has 3 dogs that are loose but are tame. i thought we missed some basal utensils like more good knives, barbecue table, basics things to use. the cleaning of the house was to be desired, it had plenty of moths on the walls,plenty of cobwebs could improve. the shower is marvellous flawless. could have a good barbecue, the one you have there is small and portable is not very good to use. the night and very quiet and has security. recommend the stay.

the place is beautiful , better than the photos, landscape , accommodation all wonderful, extremely clean, equipped house, swimming pool with good size.

Adriano's villa is super cozy and complete, all the kitchen utensils we needed there, comfortable mattresses, clean bed linen and many extra blankets, despite not having been so cold. Many birds and trees on the property and the Guararema region has great restaurants and tours, it was a very nice stay. The only point of attention is the arrival stage to the house that is a bit bumpy and as it rained a lot in the period, accumulated a lot of water and mud, as my car is tall I did not have so much trouble with the quagmires, but very low cars may not have the same luck. Outside this strongly indicate.

Saulo's place is a pure connection to nature! It's located in a beautiful peaceful valley. The house is cozy and we found everything we needed. We love the stay.
