Apartment holiday rentals in São Jorge

Die Kommunikation mit Luis war super! Wir hatten Verspätung mit unserer Fähre und er blieb bis spät auf, um uns in Empfang zu nehmen! Und am Abreisetag konnten wir flexibel 2 Stunden später auschecken, das war toll! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und fußläufig zum Hafen gelegen. Wir empfehlen dringend ein Auto oder Scooter auf der Insel :)

We had a great time and you will feel right at home in this freshly renovated, thoughtfully furnished and lovingly decorated place! The hosts will go out of there way to arrange everything to make you feel comfortable - if you need anything, they will be happy to help. The village where the Airbnb is located - Santo Amaro - is approx. a 45 minute drive away from the airport and in my opinion very well suited as a starting point to explore the island. There even are a couple of hiking paths nearby! I can fully recommend this place and will surely have an eye on this Airbnb if I ever come back :)

Sehr schönes und modernes Appartment. Sehr gute Lage um diverse Aktivitäten zu starten. Unmittelbar in der Nähe großer Supermarkt, Fähre und Restaurants. Super freundliche Host Débora - war für jede Frage erreichbar. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Foram fantásticos os dias passados no Alto da Bela Vista. A Ângela é uma pessoa excecional, sempre disponível e interessada em proporcionar-nos as melhores informações e bem estar. Quando entramos fomos surpreendidos por uma cesta, recheada com produtos regionais! Ficamos encantados. O apartamento está bem equipado e é muito agradável. A vista é incrível, pois podemos desfrutar da costa na zona de Santo Amaro (linda!) e ver o próprio pico, quando descoberto, mas também contemplar a ilha de S. Jorge, mesmo à nossa frente! Começar o dia a tomar o pequeno almoço, com a porta aberta e usufruir deste cenário paradisíaco, enche-nos o coração! Obrigado Ângela por tudo quanto nos proporcionou!

Die Wohnung ist komplett neu, geschmackvoll, hochwertig und hell eingerichtet. Hugo und Sonia haben ein traditionelles Haus in Urzelina modernisiert und umgebaut - die Wohnung ist ein Teil davon. Sie liegt zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Durch ein Hoftor von der Straße getrennt in einem Innenhof. Sonia hat uns persönlich begrüßt und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Sie hat sich sogar die Zeit genommen, uns die Umgebung etwas zu zeigen und Geschichte/Hintergründe zu erzählen. Sehr herzliche, zuvorkommende und liebenswerte Gastgeber <3 Sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Unglaubliche Aussicht aus dem Appartement und sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und der Check-In einfach. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Sandra und Paulo sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die stets für alle Fragen und Wünsche offen sind. Die Zeit in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist extrem ruhig, auch die Lage bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Trotzdem kann man auf der Insel sehr viel unternehmen und die Wohnung liegt dafür gut. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Babys.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à Casa do zé! La maison et le lieu débordent de charme... Rita a été très arrangeante concernant les horaires d'entrée et de sortie, et la communication a toujours été très claire. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Sao Jorge. Attention toutefois pour les frileux qui visitent l'île en hors saison (avril pour nous): il n'y a pas de chauffage comme indiqué dans l'annonce, et la météo Açorienne peut parfois être rude... Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage chez Casa do zé avec la belle vue sur Pico et les puffins cendrés qui nous ont bercés le soir...

très charmante maison, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et Ibi, le mari de Margit, est extrêmement gentil et accueillant, nous faisant sentir que nous étions les bienvenus. la maison très charmante, très typique de la région, effectivement le mobilier n'était pas neuf mais tout a fait confortable ! en plus la vue sur la baie était magnifique et nous avons pu voir de nombreux cachalots au loin !

The accommodation was great. Clean, cozy and has literally everything we needed. On top of that, the host was super lovely, always offering help, introducing us to the local culture and more. She gave us very useful tips not only about trips, natural beauties or gastro but also about travelling through local airlines etc. This stay was a great pleasure and beyond worthy!!!!!!!! WE LOVE THAT!

Perfect stay location for our adventure up Pico mountain. Near main road, but well insulated and quiet. Some features are average, but most are upscale, clean, and visually beautiful- namely gorgeous landscaping, marble stairways and balconies, secure windows and doors, and super spacious rooms. Great property surrounded by mature pine trees. Would definitely stay here again. Stephanie responded promptly to my questions. Excellent experience.

A group of us friends stayed in a 2-bedroom unit and had a great time. The location is beautiful - right on the water - and very peaceful. There is an outdoor pool, though it was too cold to use for us. The location is great - we could walk to downtown Madalena in 5 mins and Cella Bar in 5-10 mins.

Spacious house super easy check in. Lots of amenities included that were super nice such as some coffee pods, a washer and dryer, and some soap if you want to pack light. ☺️ We were given the code ahead of time including once more before arriving which made check in super easy. Street built in the last year so a little confusing to explain to taxi drivers without showing them the map but didn’t cause any real problems and was easy to get to anyways. Not in the main streets by the marina so nice and quiet for resting and a great view of the mountain. Recommend if you prefer a quiet neighborhood.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern/neu. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation läuft auch reibungslos sowohl bei Tipps, als auch bei Fragen/Problemen. Man sollte definitiv ein Auto oder Roller haben, um mobil zu sein. Dann ist die Wohnung ein super Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Insel.

Super Wohnung, super Lage, Kommunikation war schnell und einfach.

1 of 3 units at the property but we never really saw the other people. the view is spectacular. the kitchen was well equipped. 2 VERY friendly cats that we adored hung around. the area is very peaceful. exactly what we were looking for

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und dass es die Möglichkeit des täglichen Frühstücks und einen Pool gab ist für ein Air BnB ein super Plus! Besonders der Nachbarort Lajes hat uns sehr beeindruckt und lädt mit seiner Promenade und den vielen kleinen Restaurants, sowie der wunderbaren Aussicht auf den Pico ein!

el alojamiento en casa Ilheu Areeiro fué genial, tiene unas vistas al mar super relajantes, consta de todo y más de lo que puedas esperar/necesitar, nos alojamos 3 parejas y teníamos espacio para todos muy cómodamente, la terraza es un lujo, al igual que las zonas exteriores y todos los extra que ofrece la casa (acc, lavadora, tendal cubierto, batidora…) en definitiva, un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para disfrutar de la Isla ya que la ubicación es maravillosa
