Espaço is great, airy and comfortable, the balcony area is very large and has a beautiful view of the sea, it is bigger than it appears in the photos. For those who have pets, the house is super safe, there is difficult to have an escape. Many nearby shops, we found everything without needing a car. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk away and is great. Easy access to the city of Natal (car) tourist points. Miriam was extremely kind and asks us for all our questions quickly. I recommend it too much, and I will certainly return whenever I go to Natal and region.

very quiet place,on arrival you may think that it is not good because there is a building with a work embargoed on the side,but as soon as you enter and rise everything changes,the landscape is spectacular,the condominium is well taken care of, a clean pool,and the very spacious and ventilated apartment,for those who want tranquility, privacy,can come without fear. downtown Pitangui is a bit still and for you to arrive in Christmas takes a certain 30 minutes,to the black tip 1 hour,to Jenipabu is close and the beach is very beautiful and great for bathing,you can go by ferry if you want a rsrsr adventure. The graçandu beach in front of the tbm condominium is very good,the Pitangui lagoon is 5 minutes away and is very good tbm. the only point that I think could improve would be the beds, we slept peacefully,but maybe other people do not sleep as well as they are springs. In the end,all wonderful,we intend to return for sure,I miss lying on the hammock , on that spectacular balcony.

The flat is very good, it is new, exactly as in the photos. The building is a bit old, in need of renovation. The location is great, you go downstairs and you're already on the beach and you can walk to several places. You hear the sound of the waves, which is wonderful. On the second night, the apartment's power had a short circuit, leaving the air and lights out of order, which was a bit annoying, but the next day they fixed it. But I recommend the location.

I took my children and in-laws to spend a holiday in this house because I wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, coming there I was surprised by Ana's place and kindness. Simply perfect! One of the best stays we've ever stayed. Everything very organized, very well located having markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The super cozy house, with many kitchen utensils and even availability of bath towels. The only negative point was the pool deck that was half loose and soft, and an accident or injury could occur. But even with rain, we enjoy a lot! And we left thinking of coming back 🥰

The Loft is simply spotless! I stayed with my fiancé during the new year and it was the quietest thing in the world. The environment was all organized for our arrival, all very clean and tidy. We had everything at our disposal, pots, crockery, appliances, plus it is clear from the air conditioning and television. The acoustics of the place also surprised us a lot, we didn't hear anything from the outside and everyone was super respectful, it's a really private place. The surroundings are also quite calm. I would definitely stay again, I felt at home, Anderson is to be congratulated! The site really delivers to what is available. 😉

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants.
