Great place within 20 mins of Lisbon and easy access to the beach. Stocked up with everything you could ask for and more...not you're average Ikea paradise. Every single thing has been thoughtfully acquired and put in place. Very clean. Fantastic place with everything you could possibly need. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that is better maintained and equipped than this. Book with total confidence.

We loved this home- very convenient to Sintra and the beaches, wonderful cafe nearby, and charming comfortable home. Enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing or dining. We would definitely stay again. Rosa was very kind and accommodating when our plans changed and we were able to book an additional night.

We felt right at home in this lovely rental. It was so nice, bright, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kids (4&6) loved the yard and played everyday for hours while we relaxed in the outdoor kitchen. The beach was a short drive with lots of easy parking in May. Great place to stay for day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Antonio was a great host and easy to reach. They left us lovely fruits and pumpkin jam and delicious cake.

We loved spending the days there, it was relaxing as we expected, the pool served us perfectly, the house with incredible natural lighting and the kitchen is fantastic and clean. All that was missing was a barbecue hahah. Otherwise impeccable, I would definitely return.

All in all the house was great, just a few small hiccups which Alexandre responded to right away. Coffee machine didn't work but Alexandre came over to the house and replaced it. There is a slow leak in the upstairs bathroom bath tub, and unfortunately for us being Americans, our party wasn't used to not having hand rails for the stairs for the upstairs, we also would have loved to use the swimming pool but a couple of us have a hard time getting in and out of the pool without stairs and a hand rail. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s beautiful villa and would love to stay there again sometime in the future. Jorge was a perfect host and responded to any queries very promptly. We would definitely recommend a stay here to anybody.

The Villa Malveira was a perfect size for our family of 8 adults plus baby in cot, and all the rooms were extremely spacious. Have never seen so many utensils in one kitchen!! Which was great as due to the 1 year old we ate in quite a lot and made extensive use of the great dining room. But equally had a couple of lovely meals out in the 2 restaurants in the village, where it was easy to shuttle babysitters back and forth to. It is in a great location for exploring Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon, but it was very useful to have 3 cars, although taxis are also incredibly cheap and easy to come by. (Beware google maps - if it sends you up an unpaved road try another way round.) We loved the outside space too - just so relaxing. And Joanna and Rodrigo could not have been more helpful in quickly answering all our questions before and during our visit. Thank you both so much! Moira, Iain and all the family.

Tristan was extremely attentive and ensured we had everything we needed, even requesting the cleaner to drop some additional essentials off to us. Couldn’t ask for a better host. The villa itself was beautiful and highly recommend to anyone visiting! Thanks again, Tristan !

Lovely place to stay if you are visiting Portugal. Right by the station to get into Lisbon or Cascais, although the Ubers are also very cheap. It’s a 15 mins walk to the beach. And there are shops nearby. The house has 8 rooms and probably accommodates 8 people maximum in terms of communal space inside and outside. But if you are just looking for a really nice place to keep your head down because you are out exploring Portugal all day then it will be good for more people as the rooms are spacious. A great stay overall.

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

Excellent stay at Ana's place 5 minute drive to Ericeria, Portugal. Soaring ceilings, beautiful views, lots of space, private gated driveway and high end furnishings and decor. We were only 2 people and this home could easily accommodate many more. Gigantic dining room table overlooking the breathtaking living room. Would suggest to owner getting an internet repeater device. It has great connectivity but only in the back office which is the room furthest from the main area and very spotty coverage in the main part of the house. We are online a lot for work and was a minor drawback. Don't miss this home when in beautiful Portugal!

Great location and a cute villa, lovely restaurants close by and stunning beach a short distance away. The outdoor areas of the villa are just perfect with separate areas to hang out …

Had the most amazing time with my family at this villa! From the get go Anaelle was super helpful and responsive to any queries, met us at the villa early check in with ease! Was on hand should we have any questions. We all loved the villa and were amazed how beautiful it was! Looks amazing in the images but more so in person! Highly recommend staying here! It has everything you need! Super peaceful and private, short walk to the closest food shop. 40 min walk / 10 min drive to the closest beach (which was gorgeous!) would love to come back again in the future :)

The house is really lovely and with a lot of character. It is great for a bigger group to share and the pool area in particular is fantastic. Rooms are all reasonably comfortable and with their own bathrooms. There are minor things that could easily be fixed to make the space feel more luxurious as the price is quite high - couple of broken/wobbly furniture items, some more kitchen utensils / glasses as usually it would be a big group staying, some general comfort supplies, quality of toiletries etc. But these are small things - overall its a very nice space with lots of privacy and a nice location.

I booked the villa for my sister’s hen do and we absolutely loved it! The villa was beautiful and perfect for 10 of us. The location was great because we were close to the beach, and it was easy to order a taxi to the city centre! The host was lovely and checked in with if we needed anything whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend, we had the best time!

The stay was great in every respect. The communication with Dora, but also her courteous manner, particularly impressed us. The AirBnB was also in excellent condition and we lacked nothing. An absolute recommendation!

Excellent space, for a couple with children. We couldn't use the pool because it was too windy and cold. We took the opportunity to have a barbecue. It had toys and puzzles to entertain the children. Supermarkets even 2/3 minutes' walk (Continent, etc.). Ample street parking. Everything is clean and the decoration is simple, but modern. Tip: They could have some cleaning products, such as a floor cleaning detergent and another cloth, while the other one dried.

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the place is really well equipped with everything you could want and more. Telma and pedro were really helpful when booking and while we were there, super quick responses and helped us finding some suitable restaurants locally as we had some vegans/vegetarians with us. They were also able sort a late checkout for us, which was really appreciated as I know it’s not always possible. It’s worth noting there is air conditioning in all the rooms which isn’t stated on the listing, so that’s a bonus. There’s also some privacy glass for the pool which isn’t in the photos. The place is really safe and secure and couldn’t recommend it more for a family holiday.

Had a nice week! Arrived early and was therefore allowed to check in a little earlier, this was very nice. Everything as described in the listing, so no surprises on arrival! There was a quick response to questions, always friendly in communication. The road that runs in front of the cottage and the bus that stops in front of the door is audible, but was also in the listing. Perfect place for the week I was here, thank you!

We had a fantastic time. We were a group of eight adults and five children between the ages of 7 months and 3 years. There was plenty of space and the swimming pool and sandpit were great. It was lovely to have the outdoor eating space to spend time relaxing, and there was all the practical stuff we needed - two dishwashers, lots of plates and bowls, multiple bathrooms. Sandra was very communicative throughout and made a lot of effort, including buying an extra high chair for us. We would happily stay again and recommend it for a group holiday with children.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house, which had everything we needed for our group of 12. The spacious garden and large outdoor seating area were perfect - plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Inside the main house, the kitchen was fully equipped and more than sufficient for all our cooking needs, so we didn’t need to use the smaller house’s kitchen at all. The highlight for us was the fabulous heated pool—it was really nice to be able to enjoy it at any time of day, and it was warm enough for our 18 month old baby. While the immediate area is quiet, with just a small mini-market and one nearby restaurant, we were aware of this when booking and had rental cars, which made getting around very easy. A car is definitely recommended. Our host, Alexandra, was exceptional—communication was seamless from start to finish, and check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. We would absolutely recommend this home and hope to be able to visit again someday ☺️
