We had a great stay with Lucilia. We came in late but she organised a taxi whose driver knew the place and helped us get in, so it wasn't a problem. Communication was superb.

Lalita is a very hospitable person! Everything is excellent , and breakfast and dinner are absolutely amazing! I helped resolve all issues, even in Senegal! I recommend 🤝🙏

We were super well received by Antonio and his wife who are attentive and very kind hosts. The apartment is beautiful and very well kept, with all the necessities and comfort to arrive on Praia. The neighborhood is lively, albeit out of the way and close to the road. We couldn't find the building right away but we were very close with the indication given and Antonio answered our call directly. The casa Lulu is therefore a very good base as you leave the airport! Recommended:)

Saõ Philippe, a neighborhood where we live with the people of Cape Verde. The very quiet area. A comfortable studio 5 min. from the Bus Station. No 11! A duration of 10-15 min. to go to the Center or the Plateau. We can buy a monthly card for 20 Euros for all the buses in Praia. The neighborhood offers Banks, shopping, Cape Town cuisine restaurants, fruit, vegetables, fish and meats on the sidewalks, fresh produce at a very good price. An ideal spot for Globes Trotters. Me and my friends had a great time at this Airbnb home. It is very spacious, cozy and just meters from the beach. Elsemanual is very warm and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and address our needs. The roar of the ocean nearby helped make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a home away from home with a Cape Verdean cultural flair, I would highly recommend this place.

Sandrine was an amazing host and reachable all the time. The apartment was absolutely clean, really big for 2 people and decorated really well. There was everything you needed and more. Only a few minutes walk to the beach too. Would come back anytime and recommend it for sure!

The only flaw was that there was no address, only the name of the area. An effort should be made to help future guests to find the place, perhaps sending GPS coordinates. The rest was perfect.

Our stay had some great aspects, but also a few challenges. The hosts were kind enough to let us into the house before check-in time, which we appreciated. However, the house wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, and while we were told it would be done before 3 PM, it wasn’t. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, and the WiFi signal didn’t quite reach the bedroom. Also, the bed had no fitted sheet, and the top sheet kept slipping off, which made sleeping less comfortable. That said, the house itself was nice, and with a few improvements in cleanliness and amenities, it would be a great place to stay. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!
